Captain Isidoros was born and raised in Salamina, Greece and his friends and family call him “Akis” . He has diploma as a Captain B’ and he started his career as an Apprentice Officer in 2015 and since then he realized his unconditional love for the sea and developed his skills as a 2nd officer in Sea Jet and Anek lines. In 2021, he started his career as Captain navigating the Callisto & Gallileo. During those months, he deepened his knowledge of the industry as well as strengthening his managerial skills allowing him to better look after his crew. Akis speaks fluent English, and he has a great knowledge and experience as a Navigation-Safety Officer. Captain Akis owns Lifesaving Certificate with fast rescue boat add-on, and he is very sociable, he enjoys looking after his guests and sharing his knowledge with them.

CHIEF ENGINEER
Sarimanolis Chrysostomos - Greek

Chrysostomos was born in Mytilene in 1989. He has graduated from the Marine Academy of Chios and holds an engineer diploma. He has worked in the engineering on various tanker and F/B before joining yachting and is very competent in his job. He holds the basic safety training and survival certificate, and he has also attended a lot of courses such as training for high voltage installations and medical first aid on board ship. Chrysostomos is a very kind and enthusiastic person with passion for the sea and with focus in the safety of the yacht and the clients.

STEWARDESS
Stergianou Foteini – Greek
Languages: Greek, English

Foteini has attended Maritime Studies in 2013 at the University of Aegean in Chios and she holds also a Master Degree in Shipping and Transport from the University of West Attica. Before entering the yachting industry, Foteini worked in Customer Service and Accounting in Shipping Companies, gaining valuable customer service experience. Since 2020, Foteini has enjoyed putting that knowledge to great use in the yachting industry with experience on prestigious private yachts as a Stewardess. Foteini has traveled extensively during her time onboard yachts and takes every opportunity to explore new places and cultures. She welcomes you onboard!

CHEF
Zogopoulou Maira - Greek

Very friendly and open minded, Maira has the ability to respond and adapt to every clients’ demand. Having graduated from «Le Monde» Cooking School and from IEK “Homeros” as a Bakery and Pastry Technician, Maira attended Sushi, Pasta and Raw Food Recipe seminars in 2019. Thanks to her extensive knowledge of public relations and after attending cooking classes, Maira started working as a Sous-Chef in a lot of restaurants and hotels in Athens and Santorini. Yachting industry came to her life in 2022, when she started as a Chef in M/Y Maya. Her communication skills and proven experience as a Chef allowed her to join and form a great team aboard M/Y For Ever, delivering high standards of cooking services to guests aboard. The constant search for new techniques and taste experiences, has equipped Maira with the ability to create original flavors and high-quality cuisine creations.

DECKHAND
Syntzakis Thanos - Greek

Thanos has 8 years of experience in various maritime professions. He is a Speed Boat and Ship Security Officer certificate holder. An experienced Deckhand, Thanos works closely with the other members of the crew in preparing the Yacht to look C perform at its best at all times.
A qualified Boat Rescuer, Thanos is an experienced deckhand while embraces helping others. His number one priority is the safety of the clients. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures and he is also practicing self-defense, especially Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.

Captain and crew, what an amazing experience! Best vacation we have ever had! Providing us with the very best food and it was always made with love😊 All the suggestions on restaurants at islands like Syros , Mykonos and Paros from Captain were perfect! Deckhand is one of the hardest working and constantly in motion person we have ever met. So happy too! Stewardess was always greeting us with a smile and a drink every morning and every time we got back on the boat! We could not have asked for a better crew! Greece was amazing and we cant wait to come back !

High expectations usually fall flat, the team of Estia Yi “hit it our of the park” as was said every day we were blessed to be among them! The team mapped out the best plan with consideration for bad weather – we played, we sunned, we shopped, we had fun every day! Many thank to navigation God captain, The god of gastronomy chef, the goddess of go with all the answers and guidance stewardess, the Thumper King deckhand, Blue skies and Blue waters now we are blue to leave! There are no word to express our gratitude for the memories. We will be together again as we are now planning our next adventure hoping for new memories with this group!

Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
