Akis Karnoutsos / Captain

Captain Akis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science specializing in Sailing Coaching at the National University of Athens. Following his studies, he gained experience working onboard private yachts with over 35 years of experience. Captain Akis is sure to take you to the best spots of the Mediterranean. Prior to joining the yachting industry, he was a sailing coach at different yacht clubs as well as at the Olympic Games. 
He holds a Master of Yachts 200GT STCW II / 2/ 00W 500 GT, MCA, UKSA from the Isle of Wight as well as Yachtmaster Ocean Astronavigation and Yachtmaster RYA offshore certificates from UKSA. Additionally, he holds the skipper class B’ / Master II / 3 from the Merchant Marine Academy. 

George Pantazis / Chef

Date of birth: 1966
Languages: Greek and English

George has graduated from the Chef D’Oeuvre School as a professional chef. He has worked on several private and charter yachts for over 30 years. A bright, talented, and self-motivated chef with a successful track record of impressing customers with delicious meals and creative decorated displays. Proficient in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to the highest standards. He speaks fluent English. His interests include sailing and music. 

Genevie Garcia Lacsamana / Chief Stewardess
Nationality: Filipino

Following her high school studies, in 2004 Genevie completed a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Reservation Management in the Philippines. Her excellent work ethic makes her an invaluable asset to the team! 
She joined the yachting industry in 2006 with her years of experience. Expect Genevie to deliver only the highest of standards. 

Bernadeth Astudillo / 2nd Stewardess 
Nationality: Filipino
Languages: English, Filipino

Originally from the Philippines, Bernadeth brings a warm and attentive approach to guest service, with a strong background in hospitality, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and has gained valuable experience working in hotels, cafés, catering services, and luxury villas in Greece. Her previous roles include housekeeping and food and beverage training at Ciudad Fernandina Hotel, service positions at Reverie Coffee & Co. and RJLT Catering Service, and seasonal housekeeping work at The Every Athens Beachfront Villa in Anavyssos. Bernadeth is highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Her professional attitude, multitasking abilities, and friendly nature make her a valuable member of the crew, dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience on board.

Dante Ramos / Deckhand 
Nationality: Filipino


Dante is a reliable and hardworking deckhand with experience on both commercial and private motor yachts ranging from 21 to 53 meters. He is skilled in deck maintenance, including sanding, painting, varnishing, teak cleaning, and metal polishing. With a keen eye for detail, he ensures all deck areas are organized and well-maintained. His experience also includes tender operations, assisting with water toys, handling lines and fenders, and managing inventories. Fluent in English and Greek, he has a positive attitude, adapts quickly, and is committed to providing excellent service, from guest assistance to food and drink service, ensuring a seamless onboard experience.

Orestis Papadopoulos / Deckhand 
Nationality: Greek

Orestis joined the luxury yachting industry in 2019. Prior to joining the industry, Orestis majored in Information Technology – Software Development at the American College of Greece. As well as having completed two semesters at the University of West Attica in Mechanical Engineering. His hardworking, ambitious nature makes him an excellent addition to the team! His interests include swimming, sailing, weight training, chess, and Lego Mindstorms.
