• I was born in 1989 in Uşak and originally come from Düzce. After
completing my education in Fethiye, Düzce, Ankara, and Anchorage
(USA), I started my maritime career in 2015. Over the years, I’ve
worked in both Greece and Japan, gaining valuable international
experience.
• I’ve been serving as a captain for five years and currently
command LAVIN, my first commercial yacht following four seasons
aboard private motor yachts. I speak English fluently and have a
good level of Japanese. I also hold a Yacht Captain’s License, STCW
safety certificates, and a radio operator certificate.
• I’m known for remaining calm in challenging conditions and
responding swiftly in emergency situations. My priority is always
the safety and satisfaction of our guests, ensuring they enjoy a
smooth and memorable journey.
ERDAL SAPAZ– CHEF
• I was born in 1995 and raised in Germany, where I also
completed my culinary education in 2016. Since then, I’ve
worked as a chef aboard three private motor yachts. This is my
first season working in Türkiye, where I now live.
• I speak German and Turkish as my native languages and have a
basic command of English. I hold certificates in culinary arts,
gastronomy, and event management, and I have a strong
command of international cuisine.
• Passionate about cooking and traveling, my goal this season is
to further develop my experience and ensure our guests enjoy
every moment of their journey through exceptional food and

• My name is Veysel Kaya, born in 2004 and a citizen of the Republic
of Turkey. I have been working in the maritime industry for about 7
years, with over 5 years of experience as a deckhand.
• I’ve worked on various vessels including Ölüdeniz Bubbles Diving
Center, Demir Bey private tour boat, and the commercial
gulets Queen Atlantis (37m) and Prenses Selin (36m). I also hold a
seaman’s certificate, a 3-star introductory diving specialist license,
and both A2 motorcycle and B class driving licenses.
• With a B2 level in English, I’m confident in communication and
problem-solving. I take pride in being a team player and always aim
to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience
onboard.

Arrangement, and Cocktail Preparation, I focus on
delivering elegant and thoughtful service. I speak Turkish
and German fluently, and have basic English and Greek

• I hold a degree in Food Science and have worked in both
food service and quality control before joining the yachting
world. My goal is to make every guest feel well cared for ,
combining professionalism with a warm, personalized

What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
