Captain George is an avid Sailor with many years of experience sailing throughout France, Spain, Italy and the Greek islands. He is a self-motivated individual with two main passions in life – people and sailing. Captain George joins us this year and he comes highly recommended. He holds a RYA-MCA Professional Yacht master Commercial Endorsement, a Sailing License and Speed Boat License. He is 36 years old, and speaks fluid English, and some Italian. Captain George holds Certificates such as STCW Basic Safety, and a First Aid Degree. His experience in the hospitality sector has given him the skills and assets to be an excellent host on board New Horizons 3
CHEF – Themis Tzounakos
Themis is 27 years old and a graduate of Le Monde Athens Institute. He is passionate, and hardworking, with 9 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. He is rejoining us for a second season after a very successful 2019 season. He has worked as sous and head chef in various restaurants and Hotels in Athens, Santorini and Rhodes. Themis looks forward to welcoming his guests on board and introducing them to his culinary world. His cooking skills are quite advanced especially when preparing dishes of the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. He speaks fluent English and is very polite towards everyone around him. Themis has quite a loveable personality and we are confident that he will do his best to make your vacations dreamy.
STEWARDESS- Lia Mari
Lia is 27 years old and a graduate of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a degree in Economic Science. She holds both a sailing and powerboat license and a certificate from the ERC on Basic Life Support. During the past few years she has worked on various sailing yachts as a Hostess. Her main goal is to attend to the guests and ensure that all is to their liking. Lia is hard working, very organized and speaks fluent English and intermediate Russian. Her working experience as a salesman in Public, Retail World SA, and a barista in Starbucks has helped her develop excellent guest relation skills. She has, also, taken bartending seminars and been part of the Hellenic Rescue Team in Thessaloniki, as a basic rescuer. This experience included training in First Aid (BLS) and rescue at sea and mountain. Lia likes to keep the boat in impeccable condition and is very detailed.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
