Before joining the yachting industry, he was a Chief Officer at the Hellenic Merchant Navy with 7 years of service on board freighters as well as 2 years on coastal patrol vessels. He is a man of many talents and his passion in fishing has earned him many distinctions throughout the years. He is an expert guide at free diving and deep-water fishing with numerous records as well as publications in magazines. Panagiotis has a warm personality loved by guests on board, and his patience is his strongest attribute. As a knowledgeable seaman, he knows the best coasts for swimming and cruising, having spent 15 years with the same owner of a 30m yacht, cruising the Greek archipelago. And if the guests love fresh fish, Captain Panagiotis will catch the most delicious fish for lunch or dinner on board! For leisure, he loves swimming, gardening and spending time with his family. A graduate of Palmier Bistro School of Chefs and with additional studies in Tourism Management, he has built a solid foundation in gastronomy and hospitality. He has completed numerous seasons on board motor yachts, both private and charter, and for more than 15 years he has been serving as Head Chef, consistently impressing guests with his creativity, consistency, and refined approach to cuisine. George has worked on a wide range of prestigious yachts and private estates, including M/Y Alegria A, M/Y Regina, M/Y Atlantis II, and most recently M/Y Sea Kid II, as well as private villas and residences in Monaco, St. Moritz, London, and private islands. He has a deep knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine and is always striving to exceed guest expectations through personalized menus and high-quality ingredients. Speaking English and French, highly professional and dedicated, George brings passion, reliability, and culinary excellence on board PAREAKKI, creating memorable dining experiences throughout each charter.

Born in 1988, Lilly is highly experienced as a charter and private stewardess that has worked solo as well as part of an interior team of up to 10 on yachts ranging from 30 to 65m. She comes from a strong hospitality background having experience and skills in all areas of the industry, from front of house, cocktail and coffee making, to silver-service, child care, bartending and housekeeping. She is an excellent communicator, with a great eye for detail. She arrived on PAREAKKI in 2021 and her easygoing and welcoming character blended with the rest of the crew immediately. She speaks English, Greek and Romanian.

Aris was born in Albania in 1971. He came to Athens in 1991 and his love for the sea, soon brought him to the yachting industry to work as a deckhand on-board the sailing yacht Eliana in 1998. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge and experience with a few different style boats, from motor-sailers to motor yachts. Aris joined the team in 2018, working for the same owner on m/y Pareaki, before moving to Pareakki. He holds a Speedboat licence, has a friendly but discreet personality and is an excellent team player.

Dimitris Delimitsos is PAREAKKI’s Chief Engineer with a wealth of maritime expertise. Born in 1977, in Athens, he has dedicated his career to the seas. Dimitris holds a First Degree in Engineering, and his passion for maritime technology led him to graduate from AEN/M/Chios with a 3rd Engineering Diploma. With a solid educational foundation, Dimitris has continued to refine his skills through various certifications. He is a Ship Security Officer and RORO-PASSENGER certified, and he also possesses a certificate from MTU Germany for handling and repairing MTU 2000 16V engines. Additionally, he is well-versed in safety procedures, holding certificates in Tanker Safety, Lifesaving, Firefighting, and Medical advanced. Dimitris is fluent in English, backed by his certificate from Marlowe Examination Services Ltd. His journey began in the Navy, where he completed 19 months as a Second Engineer on a Navy tugboat. This military experience laid the foundation for his successful career in maritime engineering. Dimitris's professional experience spans several vessels, where he held positions ranging from First Engineer to 3rd Engineer. Dimitris is a dedicated and skilled Yacht Engineer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every maritime project. His commitment to safety, technical proficiency, and strong work ethic make him an invaluable asset to PAREAKKI’s team.
