Holding a 3rd Level Master's Degree from the Greek Merchant Marine alongside an RYA Offshore Yachtmaster qualification, he combines exceptional navigational expertise with outstanding leadership, ensuring every charter is conducted with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Having captained a wide range of prestigious yachts, including LAVIMAR 2, ALEXA OF LONDON, SERENISSIMA, GRAYONE, SAMELI, and LIBRO D'ORO, Stelios has developed an extensive knowledge of the Greek islands and the Mediterranean's most exclusive cruising destinations. His previous experience as a shipyard owner and maintenance manager has provided him with exceptional technical expertise, allowing him to maintain the yacht to the highest operational standards while ensuring a seamless experience onboard.

Victoria Shatokhina - Chief steward/ess

Victoria is a dedicated and highly motivated Stewardess with several successful seasons in the luxury yachting industry, bringing valuable experience from both charter and private motor yachts throughout Greece and the Mediterranean. With a strong passion for hospitality and meticulous attention to detail, she consistently delivers an exceptional level of service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests onboard.
Throughout her career, Victoria has gained extensive experience across all aspects of the interior department, including silver service, housekeeping, laundry, table décor, cocktail preparation, cabin detailing, and guest care. Having worked aboard prestigious yachts such as INFINITAS, CELIA P, AELIA, OASIS, and CHRISTINA O, she has developed the versatility to excel in both intimate owner trips and busy charter operations. Her experience also includes temporarily stepping into rotational Chief Stewardess duties, demonstrating her leadership skills, professionalism, and ability to perform confidently under pressure.

Konstantinos Kamanas - Chef

Konstantinos is an accomplished Chef with over two decades of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, and the yachting industry. A graduate in Culinary Arts from the Public IEK of Piraeus, he has dedicated his career to perfecting his craft, combining classical Mediterranean cuisine with contemporary gastronomic techniques. His passion for exceptional food and continuous professional development has led him to attend numerous culinary seminars and masterclasses, refining his expertise alongside some of the industry's leading professionals.
Throughout his yachting career, Konstantinos has served aboard several prestigious motor and sailing yachts, including KOYKLES, FUNSEA, AFAET, PANDION, TACOS OF THE SEAS, and TSOUVALI, consistently delivering outstanding cuisine tailored to each guest's individual preferences. Prior to yachting, he successfully managed his own restaurant business and gained extensive experience in high-end restaurants both in Greece and abroad, developing a versatile culinary style inspired by international flavours and the finest local ingredients.
Creative, meticulous, and passionate about hospitality, Konstantinos believes that every meal should become one of the highlights of a charter. Antonis Panousis - Deckhand

Description:

Antonis is a dedicated and versatile Deckhand with a strong background in both the luxury yachting and commercial maritime sectors. His career has provided him with extensive hands-on experience aboard motor yachts, catamarans, and commercial vessels, allowing him to develop excellent seamanship skills and a thorough understanding of all aspects of deck operations. Holding an Able Seaman (AB) Licence, a Speedboat Operator Licence, and all required STCW certifications, he brings professionalism, reliability, and a safety-first approach to every charter.
Before joining SEAS THE DAY, Antonis gained valuable experience aboard COOKIE, CRAZY HORSE, and several charter catamarans operating throughout the Greek islands. His responsibilities have included tender driving, mooring operations, anchoring, washdowns, polishing, varnishing, deck maintenance, and assisting guests with water sports and daily onboard activities. His previous experience as an Engine Cadet and shipyard worker has also provided him with valuable technical knowledge, making him a well-rounded and resourceful member of the deck team.
Hardworking, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile, Antonis takes great pride in maintaining the yacht to the highest standards while ensuring guests enjoy a safe, relaxed, and memorable experience onboard.
