He has also worked as Chef at Vive Mar and Funky Gourmet, where he was a member of the team that was awarded a Michelin star in 2015. Additionally, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Casa di Pasta, Sphinx Glyfada, and La Spaghetteria Glyfada. His broad experience across multiple renowned kitchens highlights his expertise in fine dining and restaurant management.
