Born in 1990 in Athens, he holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Human Settlements. His extensive experience in boat repairs and his love for sea made him join yachting on 2016 in various catamarans, motor yachts and sailing yachts. He is holding a yacht master and speedboat license.. Along with sailing, he loves videography and photography. His professionalism, calm character make him the perfect Captain to take guests a life time trip ! He speaks Greek, English and Spanish.
Cook/Hostess Vagia Bairaba
Vaya Bairaba is an experienced chef specializing in luxury yacht and private villa dining. With a Degree in Professional Cooking and a Degree in Economic Sciences (University of Piraeus), she combines culinary expertise with strong organizational skills. Certified in HACCP, sea safety, and firefighting, she ensures high standards of food safety and operations. Since 2014, Vaya has worked as a Sole Chef on various luxury yachts, managing menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality, seasonal cuisine for private and charter guests. She also served as Head Chef at Margiora, a deli and wine bar, leading kitchen operations and creating innovative menus. Fluent in Greek, English, Spanish, and French, Vaya thrives in diverse environments. She is proficient in MS Office, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and holds an Open Sea Sailing Diploma and Advanced PADI Diver certification. Her passions include charity work, trekking, traveling, gardening, and ceramics.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits

VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer
Charters for less than a week are only available upon request.
If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to a relocation fee.
Relocation Fees: As Summer Star's home port is normally Athens, 400 euro relocation fees will apply for each charter in Ionian
