• I'm Fadimana Sertkaya, a dedicated chef with 8
years of experience in both the restaurant and
yachting industries. My background includes
positions at establishments such as Magellan
Bistro Pub and aboard the yacht Storm. I hold a
Culinary Certificate, Hygiene Certificate, and
STCW . Known for my discipline and
consistency, I am committed to delivering high-
standard service. This season, my focus is on
fostering strong team collaboration and
ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
HOSTESS / ENEJAN GUNDUZ
• I'm Enejan Gündüz, a hostess with 2 years of
yachting experience. I was born in 1999 in
Turkmenistan and moved to Turkey in 2017,
where I later graduated from the Department of
International Relations at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş
Veli University. I’ve worked with Yalıkızı
Yachting and hold a seaman’s certificate. I
speak Russian, Turkish, and intermediate
English. With patience and empathy as my
strengths, I look forward to welcoming guests
onboard this season.
DECKHAND / BUGRA CIMEN
• I'm Abdurahman Buğra Çimen, a skilled
deckhand with 6 years of experience at sea. I
was born in 1992 in Mersin and hold a degree
in Civil Engineering from Bayburt University.
I’ve worked on yachts such as Bluewave, Club
Catamaran, Sway, and Lady Emesa. I speak
Turkish and intermediate English. I’m known
for my strong communication skills and aim to
be part of a well-coordinated, harmonious crew
this season.
DECKHAND / ESER YESİL
• My name is Eser Yeşil, a deckhand with 4 years of
hands-on experience at sea. Originally from
Ayvalık, I began my maritime journey in high
school and have since worked on yachts such
as Mihrimah Sultan, Kılıçbey, and Rams. I hold
both Deckhand and ROC certificates. Known for
my calm and steady nature, I’m focused on
ensuring a smooth and safe season on board. In
addition to my deck duties, I also perform as an
amateur DJ during charters, adding to the guest
experience with music and atmosphere.

Season 2 PAX

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
