Captain Cevat has been sailing over 30 years on several luxury charter yachts in the Aegean region as well as fast ferries between Turkey and Greece. He knows the Aegean and the Mediterranean coastline like the back of his hands. His priorities are always maximum customer satisfaction and safety on-board for his guests and his crew. Captain Cevat believes the importance of teamwork for efficient and healthy environment and he works in harmony with his crew. His motto is that “a good teamwork and rhythm always brings the highest performance with all positiveness. He can speak basic English.
Chef — Ferhat Kose, 37
Our Chef Ferhat has been cooking professionally for 18 years since graduating from Mugla High Culinary School in 2002. He cooks different worldwide cuisines. Previously, he worked on some high-class charter yachts as well as a five-star Sheraton hotel in Cesme, Izmir. The guests love his food and let us know this with excellent feedback. He is passionate about cooking and pays full attention to requests of the guests on board. Ferhat can speak good English.
Deckhand — Ferhat Gok, 21
Ferhat loves the sea and he would like to become a captain after gaining much needed experience working on boats. He is a very polite and friendly young man who would like to make sure the gusts are happy at all times and the boat is maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. He can speak good English and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Stewardess – Ayse Aksul, 27
Ayse is used to providing an excellent service on board to high profile clients. She is enthusiastic, positive, sociable, hard-working and has a strong team spirit. She has an intermediate level in English.

What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
