Meet Captain Francisco, a seasoned professional who hails from the island of Mallorca, Spain and raised with British education in an international college.
Francisco’s journey into the world of yachting began in his formative years, spent sailing the mediterranean and working at a busy shipyard. At the age of 21, he earned his Yacht Master certification, marking the commencement of his maritime career as he worked for a fleet of Sunseeker yachts in Mallorca.
His career path has led him to explore various corners of the world, including the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the Persian Gulf. Francisco has had the privilege of working on several prestigious vessels, garnering experience and expertise along the way.
Throughout his career, Francisco diligently climbed the ranks, dedicating his free time to continuous learning and self-improvement in the maritime sector, eventually achieving the title of Master 500GT.
In his leisure hours, Francisco is often found engrossed in studies, working towards higher ranks. When not immersed in academia he enjoys wakeboarding, diving and hiking. Captain Francisco’s warm and friendly demeanour is sure to put you at ease on board Arion. Drawing upon his extensive charter experience, he places utmost importance on safety, security and ensuring guest satisfaction. Jean Christophe “Jota”

Chef Jota is serving yacht as Chef since 2009 when he joined a high performance sloops for his first seasons with a respected yachtmen and seafarer, Mr Bic. He became himself a reliable crew member dedicated to your safety and the well being of the yacht.
I have been working on vessels from 25 to 75m, displaying mi cooking skills for international owners, guests and crew from any origin, religion or culture. So I learnt how to cook ad hoc , according to your expectations, listening and comunicating with your pallet.
Local sourcing, culinary expertise, fine dining experience with smooth playlist, let s make your staying on board a wonderfull experience.

Chief Engineer:
Caner Dikmen

Engineer Caner, originally hailing from Turkey, embarked on his maritime
journey 18 years ago, commencing his career aboard cargo ships that traversed
the globe. His seafaring adventures led him to distant corners of the world,
offering him a wealth of experience and insight. In 2008, Caner’s path led him
to the yachting industry, a passion he wholeheartedly embraced upon settling
in Mallorca, where he now resides with his cherished wife and family.
Before becoming an integral part of Arion’s team in 2022, Caner’s career was
defined by his unwavering commitment to ensuring the impeccable maintenance
and seamless operation of a diverse array of vessels. His meticulous attention
to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction set him apart as a consummate
professional. Additionally, Caner has played a vital role in enhancing the safety
and overall experience for guests by actively participating on deck, aiding in
the safe launching of jetskis, tenders, and ensuring the utmost safety of all
onboard.
Beyond the confines of the engine room, Caner undergoes a fascinating
transformation, trading his tools for culinary implements as he indulges in
culinary experimentation in the kitchen. His multi-faceted talents and passion
for both engineering and cooking make him a remarkable addition to the Arion
crew.

Mate:
Johnathon

My full name is Jonathan but people call me Jonty. I am 32 years old from Cape Town, South Africa. My position is Mate onboard. After I finished University 2018 I started in the yachting industry. Since then, I have worked on different sized vessels ranging from 30-80 meters. I enjoy the travelling aspect of yachting, making new friends and creating good memories. I love to play golf when not onboard and enjoy doing watersports when onboard. I aim to grow in the industry and hopefully get my OOW ticket in the near future.

Chief Stewardess:
Aurélie Parant

Meet Aurélie Parant, Chief Stewardess, whose warm, attentive approach and extensive experience ensure a refined and welcoming atmosphere on board. With over 15 years in luxury hospitality, including more than a decade in yachting, Aurélie has worked on yachts ranging from 25 to 63 meters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific.
Known for her strong organisation, eye for detail, and intuitive guest care, she takes great pride in creating personalised experiences, elegant table settings, and seamless service throughout each charter. Fluent in French and English, with a good working knowledge of Italian, Aurélie enjoys sharing her passion for travel, wellness, and Mediterranean culture, helping guests feel relaxed, cared for, and truly at home on board.

Stewardess:
Nina Zangger

My name is Nina Zangger and I am the Second Stewardess on board motor yacht Arion. Last year I graduated in my homecountry Switzerland and decided to move to France to pursue my career in hospitality. I fell in love with yachting because of the frequent change of scenery, the people I get to meet and the cultural exchange. My personal hobbies also include sailing and learning new languages!

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
