She has also worked in several positions involving customer service and team coordination. Prior to entering the yachting industry, Léa trained and worked professionally as an osteopath in clinics in Marseille, Cogolin, and La Croix-Valmer, demonstrating responsibility, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description
Léa assists with the daily operation of the yacht both on deck and in guest areas. Her responsibilities include supporting sailing manoeuvres, maintaining deck equipment, and ensuring the vessel remains clean and organised. She also contributes to guest hospitality by preparing meals, assisting with service, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming experience on board. She works closely with the captain and crew to maintain safety, efficiency, and high service standards during charters.
