Her culinary approach is centered around customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on flavor, presentation, and the use of fresh, local ingredients. Olga excels in menu planning, provisioning, budget management, and galley organization, and is adept at creating both healthy and indulgent meals, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

He joined QUANTUM in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the crew, known for his hands-on attitude, reliability, and warm personality.
