George draws his inspiration from the sea and the local Greek produce and products. He is passionate about creating tasteful dishes with a modern Greek flare.   • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks

Chef George was born in 1995 and is originally from Athens. He began his culinary career in 5-star hotels throughout Greece. He is a young and ambitious chef with over 9 years in dynamic, busy and demanding cooking environments. He has been a private chef for families and was the chef on several luxury motor yachts. George draws his inspiration from the sea and the local Greek produce and products. He is passionate about creating tasteful dishes with a modern Greek flare. He has completed several additional cooking seminars which include Chocolate and art craft, superfoods and sous vide cooking. He looks forward to welcoming guests on Just Marie II and creating an unforgettable holiday in the gorgeous Greek Islands. Languages: Greek and English (fluent)

Stewardess: Violetta Dagiamou
Violetta, stewardess of Just Marie II, hails from Thessaloniki, Greece, and brings a wealth of yachting experience and dedication to service excellence. Since 2015, she has worked on a variety of private and charter yachts ranging from 26m to 42m, including My Way, My Toy, Baba June III, O, and most recently Just Marie II. Her roles as stewardess, deckhand, and hostess-cook have equipped her with outstanding versatility, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Violetta holds an Offshore Sailing Diploma, complementing her strong sailing experience, and is always ready to assist with special arrangements such as traditional Greek music performances or babysitting services. Fluent in Greek, English, and German, and with a BA in Art History and Theory, she brings both cultural insight and professionalism, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable and seamless charter experience.

Deckhand: Jon Adupe Secuenza
Don Adupe Secuanza is a highly experienced yachting professional with nearly 20 years in the industry, serving aboard both private and charter motor yachts. Specializing in luxury vessels, Don is recognized for his strong work ethic, warm demeanor, discretion, team work and attentiveness to guest needs. He speaks Filipino and English fluently and has a basic knowledge of Greek, adding a multicultural dimension to his service. With Don as part of the crew you can count on a safe, smooth, and enjoyable journey, marked by his professionalism and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.

Season 2 PAX

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

Charters less than a week upon request. Weekly rate is divided by 6.

If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to relocation fee.

Relocation Fees:
Relocation fee for Yachts 80 ft, Motor yachts and power catamarans TBC according to fuel consumption + 5,2 % VAT.
Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation/disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day + 5,2% VAT.
