Heinrych was born into a life at sea—quite literally—as his earliest days were spent aboard a sailing catamaran off the coast of South Africa. Growing up on the water, he developed a profound connection to the ocean, spending his youth sailing, fishing, and mastering water sports. That foundation would lead to an impressive maritime career spanning commercial cargo ships, fishing vessels, superyachts, and now, the thriving yacht management company Pyper Yachts, which he co-founded with his wife and partner-in-adventure, Majori.

With an unshakable drive and deep respect for the sea, Heinrych earned his MCA Master Mariner Unlimited License in just six years—an achievement made possible through disciplined service aboard commercial freight vessels. He soon transitioned into luxury yachting, climbing the ranks from deckhand to captain aboard motor and sailing yachts as large as 115 meters, gaining recognition for his capable leadership and calm, decisive presence.

In 2020, Heinrych and Majori set out on a bold circumnavigation aboard a Sunreef 60 as part of the World ARC rally. Although the voyage was curtailed by the pandemic, the experience ignited a new vision. They returned with purpose and launched Pyper Yachts, building a boutique charter and management company in the Caribbean known for its hands-on service and exceptional crew culture.

Heinrych is grounded in integrity, fairness, and excellence. Genuine and approachable, he leads with humility and empowers those around him—from crew to clients. Whether steering across bluewater passages or overseeing company operations, he brings tireless energy, quiet confidence, and a natural ability to inspire trust.

Now at the helm of both the 80ft S/Y Entre4 and Pyper Yachts’ growing fleet, Heinrych continues to chart a course defined by passion, purpose, and people. His story is one of legacy in the making—with every mile sailed, every guest hosted, and every horizon pursued.

Majori’s career is as diverse as her spice rack: she's not only a dedicated chef, but also a qualified interior designer and the co-founder of Pyper Yachts, a boutique charter management company she runs with her husband and captain. Emma Crouch is a seasoned First Mate, Deck/Stew, and Cook with extensive experience across both sailing and motor yachts. With over 5,000 nautical miles logged, she has worked on a variety of vessels, excelling in guest services, deck operations, provisioning, and crew mentorship.

Her expertise spans tender driving, boat maintenance, anchoring, night watch, silver service, and interior management. Emma’s adaptability and professionalism allow her to thrive in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier hospitality onboard.
Emma has held key roles on luxury charter and private yachts, including serving as a Deck/Stew Instructor at Paperboat Yacht Academy, where she trained new crew in essential maritime skills. Her experience in both guest-facing roles and crew leadership ensures that every charter is an unforgettable experience.

Originally from London, Emma has sailed everywhere from the Mediterranean and Caribbean to the Pacific, enjoying the natural beauty of life at sea. Known for going above and beyond for her guests, she takes pride in creating stunning tablescapes, handcrafted cocktails, and memorable celebrations onboard.

Specializing in safe passage planning, tender operations, anchoring, and deck maintenance, Storm has skippered and crewed on a variety of vessels across the Caribbean and Mediterranean. His ability to manage solo charters, oversee guest services, and ensure vessel readiness makes him a versatile and dependable crew member.

Having skippered multiple catamaran charters, Storm thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for guests. His passion for sailing, hands-on approach, and enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge set him apart as a natural leader.

Beyond the helm, Storm is an avid sportsman with a background in watersports and fishing, bringing an adventurous energy to every charter. Entre 4 is a stunning new for 2025 80 foot Sunreef. The crew are exceptional. We have charted many boats and this crew are outstanding. They took note immediately of our preferences (we have vegetarians, non meat eaters, fish lovers, fussy kids etc!) in the family and everyone’s needs were catered for with a smile and genuine helpfulness. The chef prepared sensational food with amazing flavours from all around the world. The service is discreet yet friendly and the kids loved having the crew encourage them on all the water toys and supervise them on snorkelling trips which involved diving through some tunnels! We loved the scenery in the BVI and Captain always ensured we were anchored in a shelter and the most beautiful spots. Can recommend this boat and crew 💯

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%

  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

With an unshakable drive and deep respect for the sea, Heinrych earned his MCA Master Mariner Unlimited License in just six years—an achievement made possible through disciplined service aboard commercial freight vessels. He soon transitioned into luxury yachting, climbing the ranks from deckhand to captain aboard motor and sailing yachts as large as 115 meters, gaining recognition for his capable leadership and calm, decisive presence.

In 2020, Heinrych and Majori set out on a bold circumnavigation aboard a Sunreef 60 as part of the World ARC rally. Although the voyage was curtailed by the pandemic, the experience ignited a new vision. They returned with purpose and launched Pyper Yachts, building a boutique charter and management company in the Caribbean known for its hands-on service and exceptional crew culture.

Heinrych is grounded in integrity, fairness, and excellence. Genuine and approachable, he leads with humility and empowers those around him—from crew to clients. Her expertise spans tender driving, boat maintenance, anchoring, night watch, silver service, and interior management. Emma’s adaptability and professionalism allow her to thrive in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier hospitality onboard.
Emma has held key roles on luxury charter and private yachts, including serving as a Deck/Stew Instructor at Paperboat Yacht Academy, where she trained new crew in essential maritime skills. Her experience in both guest-facing roles and crew leadership ensures that every charter is an unforgettable experience.

Originally from London, Emma has sailed everywhere from the Mediterranean and Caribbean to the Pacific, enjoying the natural beauty of life at sea. Having skippered multiple catamaran charters, Storm thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for guests. His passion for sailing, hands-on approach, and enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge set him apart as a natural leader.

Beyond the helm, Storm is an avid sportsman with a background in watersports and fishing, bringing an adventurous energy to every charter. Entre 4 is a stunning new for 2025 80 foot Sunreef. The crew are exceptional. We have charted many boats and this crew are outstanding. They took note immediately of our preferences (we have vegetarians, non meat eaters, fish lovers, fussy kids etc!) in the family and everyone’s needs were catered for with a smile and genuine helpfulness. The chef prepared sensational food with amazing flavours from all around the world. The service is discreet yet friendly and the kids loved having the crew encourage them on all the water toys and supervise them on snorkelling trips which involved diving through some tunnels! We loved the scenery in the BVI and Captain always ensured we were anchored in a shelter and the most beautiful spots. Can recommend this boat and crew 💯

  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors

  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

· Child Discount: $100 off per child under 12 at time of charter.
· Sleep Aboard: 50% of the daily rate. Boarding from 4PM. Guests to dine off the yacht that evening.
