Her culinary inspiration comes from her background in marketing within the Blue Economy, where she developed a deep appreciation for sustainability and local ingredients. Constança crafts vibrant Mediterranean-inspired menus layered with global influences, always tailored to guests’ tastes and preferences. From fresh seafood and colorful salads to elegant plated dinners under the stars, her cooking reflects both artistry and heart.

Originally from France, Mathilde brings grace, creativity, and professionalism to her role as VIVI’s Deck/Stewardess. Since then, she has combined her passion for the ocean with five years of experience in luxury hospitality, working at top-tier restaurants and resorts in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.

Mathilde’s eye for detail and genuine warmth make her an integral part of the onboard experience. She supports deck operations with precision while ensuring interiors remain immaculate and inviting. Skilled in mixology and artistic tablescaping, she delights guests with handcrafted cocktails and elegant presentations that elevate every dining occasion.

To our fabulous crew and now friends What a memorable Thanksgiving week aboard VIVI! From start to finish, the crew was friendly, attentive, and always eager to accommodate every request. They took exceptional care of the boat (and us) – everything was kept spotless – and it was clear throughout the trip that they truly aimed to please. This crew was a joy to be around and made the entire week feel effortless and fun. Capt. Diego did an exceptional job of planning our itinerary – taking us to our favorite places and also working so hard to let us try new beautiful beaches where we loved to swim, snorkel and explore. A highlight of the trip was our unexpected catch while fishing the South Drop near Peter Island – a huge Wahoo! Chef C. outdid herself preparing the fish beautifully for lunch the very same day! It was an unforgettable treat and made the moment even more special! Thank you all for a fantastic week on the water in one of our favorite places – The BVI’s! We are in the future!
