Her strengths include full interior management, provisioning, inventory systems, table décor and service, and creating a seamless onboard experience. Chef Eduardo Echeverria is a Venezuelan chef with over 12 years of experience in the luxury yacht industry. He began his professional culinary career with the Sheraton Hotel chain in South America and later transitioned into the superyacht sector in Miami.
He specializes in fusion cuisine, blending Spanish flavors with French and Mediterranean techniques. Chef Eduardo has cooked for private owners and exclusive events across the United States, St. Barths, Mexico, the Bahamas, and the Exumas. Known for refined presentation and vibrant flavors, he brings top-tier culinary experiences to every charter.
