A 2017 Lagoon 450F, SD450 is outfitted to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably in 3 staterooms, each with ensuite heads. Bryan and Patti are an adventurous couple with a flair for creating fun, active charter experiences for guests while maintaining a high level of service. Hailing from sunny Jupiter FL, this team spent their youth enjoying year round outdoor activities like surfing, fishing and diving. Bryan and Patti met after high school and have been inseparable since; seeking out new adventures and challenges. Their first major move as a couple was to the sleepy Caribbean island of St. Croix. It was in the US Virgin Islands that Bryan and Patti envisioned the dream of running their own charter yacht together. Bryan found began work as a deckhand on a busy yacht, exploring the BVI and doing everything he could to learn the ins and outs of the charter industry. During this time, Patti worked on island, serving, bartending and falling in love with island life. After a year they moved back to the states to work on making their vision of running boats together a reality. It was during a road trip through the lower 48 that the plan was solidified.

Once back in Florida, Bryan obtained his 100 ton captains license and continued his yachting career working on a number of different boats on the East Coast as well as in the Bahamas and Caribbean. Bryan rounded out his nautical resume by earning a PADI divemaster certification, which he will put to work, leading guests on guided dives. Bryan’s positive attitude, combined with his love of the underwater world is infectious and will leave guests yearning for more.

While Bryan was gaining the experience needed to become a first rate captain, Patti continued to thrive in the service industry at a high volume, fast paced restaurant, where she perfected hospitality skills like service, bartending and kitchen management. It was also around this time that Patti joined Bryan in the world of yachting working as a chef. Patti’s culinary style reflects her time as a child spent watching her grandmother make simple, healthy, home cooked meals. She strives to use fresh locally sourced ingredients in all of her meal preparation.

Following a few years spent cultivating the skillsets, certifications and confidence required to run a 5-star yachting operation, Bryan and Patti were quickly offered the opportunity to run Scuba Doo 450. They are easy going and adventurous, with years of yachting and hospitality experience between the two of them. Guests will enjoy active but relaxing days, fresh food and 5-star hospitality from this dream team!

Dear Bryan and Patti, This trip was amazing it was my first catamaran trip and it couldn't have gone any better. I was so excited to celebrate my graduation in such a beautiful place with such beautiful people. You were so kind, fun and Patti was an awesome chef. Have you ever had an experience of when you first look back at something you instantly know that this is the one for you and was meant to be? That was definitely what I thought when we had the opportunity to charter 13 days on the Scuba Doo. The time spent with Bryan and Patti surpassed all of my expectations regarding a crewed cat. Thank you for ensuring we had a most memorable vacation - week dives, night dives, turtles, horseback riding...the list is too long to continue. Patti, what can I say but thank you - have you ever cooked so much chicken, baked so much chocolate and brewed so much iced tea? Our family of three girls, 13 and twins 8, have had an outstanding trip around USVI, with Bryan, Patti and Scuba Doo. We circled the entire island of St John after leaving St Thomas. We couldn't say enough about how hospitable Patti and Bryan have been to our entire family. They have been so accommodating with the kids, especially with the twins being at a pretty rambunctious age. Bryan took us on some amazing dives that the kids could snorkel afterwards. Truly, Bryan and Patti have been a huge part of a wonderful family vacation. Patti constantly had cocktails, amazing lunches, grilled mahi salad, her really cool 4th of July dinner, including Bryan's family rib recipe. This was a lifelong family vacation. October 2020 USVI Charter
18 months ago we planned our crewed charter to the BVI's and were all set to go - then COVID came. After navigating through 3 different charter boats and several travel dates we landed on Scuba Doo and to the government restrictions our sail was limited to the USVI. Having never sailed the USVI we were excited to sail new locations and see new things. Captain Bryan and Patti convinced us we would not be disappointed and they were so right! The boat was in great shape and the weather was just about perfect. Not only did we have outstanding travel partners (Patrick and Vicky) we visited pristine beaches, rode horses in the ocean, visited St Croix for the first time, jet skied, scuba dived, snorkeled and paddle board. All of this made possible by Bryan and Patti who made sure everything was perfect for us - especially the amazing food (kudos to Patti) and many MANY perfectly made cocktails. So while 2020 started out extremely crazy with a worldwide pandemic this week has been "paradise on earth" to say the least. We are so blessed. We had a wonderful week of new experiences on Scuba Doo. Patti and Bryan are a great captain and chef. They made sure everything was how we wanted and that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. We loved all the meals. The beaches were all unique and beautiful. We saw places in the VI we had never seen before so now we have many wonderful memories. This was an amazing experience on the Scuba Doo. Bryan was an awesome captain and Patti made and presented fantastic meals and appetizers. I was able to learn how to snorkel and he took me to the bottom of the ocean. At 73 years, I am still able to do thinks I never thought I could. Bryan took us to some amazing spots and we took a hike and saw some ruins and beautiful sunsets. Captain Bryan was very capable and both he and Patti were so friendly and waited on you daily. Bryan and Patti, Thank you so much for the wonderful time! The food was EXCELLENT! You guys definitely made me feel welcome and at home. The scuba diving spot was the best I have seen in the Virgin Islands! (Don't show anyone else) I wish you both much love and happiness. May God be with you and bless your journey. -David What a wonderful trip full of magical moments! Bryan and Patti have worked tirelessly and thoroughly spoiled us. They are professional and gracious hosts and handled every situation with a smile. We were treated with Patti's delicious meal every day - somehow each one even better than the last. The crab cakes and shrimp salad were my personal favorites! Bryan is a masterful captain and dive master and a really good teacher as well if you want to learn to sail or tie a bowline. They led us to the most beautiful bays with rainbows, turtle sightings, snorkeling and sunset views. We hiked to Annaberg Sugar Mill ruins and Rams Head trail - both INCREDIBLE! Our dives were fantastic, full of beautiful coral reef and colorful fish. We saw eels, stingrays, sharks, lion fish, porcupine fish and so many more...most memorable were the feisty crab Bran caught and released thanks to his skinny legs... and the 20" LOBSTER who was not so lucky. We learned that cooking a 20" lobster on a 18" grill is a challenging but Bryan worked it out! Stargazing, sunning under the sails, rocking to sleep in super comfy beds...we are so grateful Bryan and Patti for making this trip so special. Our family of three girls, 13 and twins 8, have had an outstanding trip around USVI, with Bryan, Patti and Scuba Doo. We circled the entire island of St John after leaving St Thomas. We couldn't say enough about how hospitable Patti and Bryan have been to our entire family. They have been so accommodating with the kids, especially with the twins being at a pretty rambunctious age. Bryan took us on some amazing dives that the kids could snorkel afterwards. Truly, Bryan and Patti have been a huge part of a wonderful family vacation. Patti constantly had cocktails, amazing lunches, grilled mahi salad, her really cool 4th of July dinner, including Bryan's family rib recipe. This was a lifelong family vacation. Truly bucket list spectacular! Rebooking for St Croix with this crew and Scuba Doo next year. The S. Family.

What a delight to get to spend the week with my family on Scuba Doo with Bryan and Patti1 They were amazing at anticipating all of our needs and surprising us with all kinds of special touches! They wouldn't let us lift a finger help, but pampered us the whole week! Bryan was so capably and interesting with all of his knowledge and experience. Patti added all the delightful touches of treats and delicious meals - every single one of them! They both made the boat so comfortable with their wonderful hospitality! What an amazing trip! Lori and I can't express the gratitude and thankfulness to have enjoyed such and amazing trip. We can both say we have truly been blessed to sail the Caribbean with Bryan and Patti Bryan and Patti "the crew" went far above our expectation. Together as a team they fulfilled all our preferences. - To Patti: Thanks for all your hard work in the kitchen. Every meal from breakfast - dinner was amazing. Favorite Dinner = Short Rib Bolognese Favorite Drink = (Lori) Mojito Thank you! -To Bryan: Thank you for providing us with a great trip of snorkeling, hiking & fishing (2 Bonitos) You have wisdom beyond your years. You are a great example that hard work does pay out. October 2020 USVI Charter
18 months ago we planned our crewed charter to the BVI's and were all set to go - then COVID came. After navigating through 3 different charter boats and several travel dates we landed on Scuba Doo and to the government restrictions our sail was limited to the USVI. Having never sailed the USVI we were excited to sail new locations and see new things. Captain Bryan and Patti convinced us we would not be disappointed and they were so right! The boat was in great shape and the weather was just about perfect. Not only did we have outstanding travel partners (Patrick and Vicky) we visited pristine beaches, rode horses in the ocean, visited St Croix for the first time, jet skied, scuba dived, snorkeled and paddle board. All of this made possible by Bryan and Patti who made sure everything was perfect for us - especially the amazing food (kudos to Patti) and many MANY perfectly made cocktails. So while 2020 started out extremely crazy with a worldwide pandemic this week has been "paradise on earth" to say the least. We are so blessed. October 2020 USVI Charter
We had a wonderful week of new experiences on Scuba Doo. Patti and Bryan are a great captain and chef. They made sure everything was how we wanted and that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. We loved all the meals. The beaches were all unique and beautiful. We saw places in the VI we had never seen before so now we have many wonderful memories. November 2020 USVI Charter
This was an amazing experience on the Scuba Doo. Bryan was an awesome captain and Patti made and presented fantastic meals and appetizers. I was able to learn how to snorkel and he took me to the bottom of the ocean. At 73 years, I am still able to do thinks I never thought I could. Bryan took us to some amazing spots and we took a hike and saw some ruins and beautiful sunsets. Captain Bryan was very capable and both he and Patti were so friendly and waited on you daily. November 2020 USVI Charter
Bryan and Patti, Thank you so much for the wonderful time! The food was EXCELLENT! You guys definitely made me feel welcome and at home. The scuba diving spot was the best I have seen in the Virgin Islands! (Don't show anyone else) I wish you both much love and happiness. May God be with you and bless your journey. -David What a wonderful trip full of magical moments! Bryan and Patti have worked tirelessly and thoroughly spoiled us. They are professional and gracious hosts and handled every situation with a smile. We were treated with Patti's delicious meal every day - somehow each one even better than the last. The crab cakes and shrimp salad were my personal favorites! Bryan is a masterful captain and dive master and a really good teacher as well if you want to learn to sail or tie a bowline. They led us to the most beautiful bays with rainbows, turtle sightings, snorkeling and sunset views. We hiked to Annaberg Sugar Mill ruins and Rams Head trail - both INCREDIBLE! Our dives were fantastic, full of beautiful coral reef and colorful fish. We saw eels, stingrays, sharks, lion fish, porcupine fish and so many more...most memorable were the feisty crab Bran caught and released thanks to his skinny legs... and the 20" LOBSTER who was not so lucky. We learned that cooking a 20" lobster on a 18" grill is a challenging but Bryan worked it out! Stargazing, sunning under the sails, rocking to sleep in super comfy beds...we are so grateful Bryan and Patti for making this trip so special. We leave with memories we'll hold forever and can't wait for our next trip! -Bryan and Sherri

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions

SLEEP ABOARD:
$1,000 Sleep aboard the night before the charter departs
Guests arrive to the yacht at 5pm. Snacks and welcome drink served, this is not an open bar. Dinner is ashore on clients expense. Continental breakfast provided next morning. Vessel departs at noon.
