Born to be a sailor, Tristan could say he had his sea legs before he even knew he had legs. His passion for freedom and love for the ocean and nature has always been a quintessential part of his personality.

Growing up in South Africa, Tristan became an avid sailboat racer, placing at a national level. This active lifestyle lead him to further explore the travel opportunities that can be provided stepping on board a charter vessel. His sailing career has brought him from Cape Agulhas, the Mediterranean, across the Atlantic, and now to the Caribbean.

Tristan enjoys spending as much time on the water as he does in the water, snorkeling and diving, and even over the water, playing with the videos he captures with his drone. Crossfit and hiking are other ways he loves to stay physically active and he always is up for a mental challenge in a game of chess.

Chef Hakim is 28 years old and hails from San Juan, PR. He has been professionally cooking for 12 years and on yachts for the last 5 years. He loves telling stories with his food and is very inspired by his travels. Berry French Toast bake - Cinnamon French toast with blueberries topped with cream cheese icing, and served with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and parfait.

Croissant Egg Sandwich - Fried egg, bacon, tomato, cheddar, avocado and Arugula. Served with country potatoes, fresh fruit, parfaits, and banana muffins.

Bagel Bar - cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemons, jams, Nutella , avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sunny side up eggs and bacon. -Side fresh fruit and parfaits

Lunch:

Mediterranean Chicken Kabobs - Served with a fresh chickpea salad, roasted vegetables, saffron rice, hummus, tabouli salad, and Tzatziki sauce.

Steak Cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing - Deep green salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn, red onion, blue cheese and lemon zest. Served with fresh olive rosemary bread.

Pulled pork sliders with pineapple slaw - Served with pickles, chips and fresh watermelon.

Grilled Salmon Quinoa Salad with seasonal roasted vegetables, spinach, and feta cheese. Topped with a lemon dill honey mustard vinaigrette dressing.

Mediterranean Falafel Bowl - falafel, served with Tri colored quinoa, pickled red bell pepper, fresh salad, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives and a choice of fresh lemon tahini dressing or yogurt sauce. Served with a side of fresh pita bread.

Honey Chili Lime Mahi Mahi - Served white jasmine rice, broccoli and fresh mango salsa.

Dinner:

Herb Crusted Red Snapper with a Lime Margarita Sauce - served garlic mash potatoes and asparagus.

Spicy Tuna Poke Bowls - chunks of fresh yellow fin tuna, avocado, cucumber, purple cabbage,s haved

carrots, red bell pepper, mango, topped with spicy mayo, scallions, and cilantro. Served on a bed of steamed sushi rice and a side of miso soup.

Mexican Creamy Chipotle Enchiladas - chicken enchiladas with a Creamy Chipotle sauce, topped with Pickled red onion, feta cheese, cilantro, and fresh crema. Served with Spanish rice, black beans and street corn.

Green Goddess Chicken - seasoned grilled chicken thighs, served with cilantro lime white rice, black beans, deep green salad, and avocado lime dressing.

Baked Rosemary, Lemon, Garlic Sea Bass - Served with truffle mushroom pasta, deep green garden salad, and fresh garlic bread.

Sweet and Sticky Slow Roasted Korean Beef - sauteed vegetables, rice noodles, topped with cabbage, fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.

Dessert:

Mini key lime pie cheesecake with lime zest and whipped cream.

Brownie sundae with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Cinnamon sugar mini churros balls served with warm chocolate and caramel sauce.

Flan topped fresh mango and kiwi.

Such a Rich Experience
I could go on and on, but I'll keep it brief. This was our fifth charter, and it was without question our very best!! The love and care you all exude along with your attention to detail and many talents provided such a rich experience! Thank you for your extreme kindness and care at every turn. You'll live in our hearts and memories, along with our hope to see you all again.
Following This Crew
Captain Tristan obviously has a vast knowledge of sailing and navigating the BVI. Ceilidh made an incredible variety of dishes and we loved that some family dishes were incorporated. Dom was so attentive to our needs throughout the day and has mastered a mean painkiller! The crew was so professional while still being very personable and easy to talk to. They all chipped in together when needed and made the entire trip unforgettable. If we are fortunate to go on another trip like this, we will be following this crew.
Epic Trip
Our family trip was epic! The crew went above and beyond to make our experience out of this world. Attention to detail was amazing and service was excellent. They did a fantastic job answering my 1,000 questions. Quickly we felt like family and appreciate all the little details. We loved our anchorage in all the remote locations which made for unforgettable views Our chef was 5 star and all dishes left us asking for recipes! Kids loved tubing while I really enjoyed sailing and snorkeling.
Where Do I Begin...
Since this was my first trip of this kind, I had no baseline experiences from which to draw from, just the tales from previous trips by our friends and the meandering of my own imagination. Sometimes the anticipation can lead to an inevitable let down when reality doesn't meet expectation, but I can say unequivocally that this trip surpassed ALL expectation. Not because the boat was amazing- though it was- and not just because of the water, the views, and the friends we came with were special, and memorable in their respective ways... but what made this trip so unforgettably special was the unceasing care, patience, kindness, and professionalism of this truly special crew of three. Tristan, Dom, and Ceilidh- you made this holiday truly unforgettable!!
Warm, Thoughtful, Personalized
Incredible boat and crew. The attention to detail was astounding and really touching-- from drink delivery on the beach, to delicately folded napkins (different each night!) The crew felt like family, with genuine care and concern for our comfort and well-being. Tristan gave me a personalized chess lesson, taught us about sailing, and took us to the most beautiful places. The itinerary was so thoughtfully planned and personalized, and was kept a secret until breakfast each day. Dom was incredibly attuned to our needs, suggesting drinks and always having an awareness and anticipation of our needs. Sweet Ceilidh made the most amazing, thoughtful dishes-- my favorite was the spicy jerk chicken. She even made our favorite dessert for our birthday boy (with candles!) This was the most warm and touching experience with a talented and exceptional crew. Five stars!!

From the moment we stepped on The Pursuit we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the ship itself, and then the wonderful crew immediately made us feel right at home. Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense.


The rates include:

● Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef, and mate)
● Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability)
● Accommodation in 5 private air-conditioned double cabins with en suite bathroom
● Bedding, towels and beach towels
● Full board includes all meals served aboard (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily), full bar, and wine served nightly.
● Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel and water), mooring fees, customs and clearance fees.
● Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, stand-up paddleboard, 10x10 floating dock, wakeboard, sea dart, E-foil, floats, towable inflatables, fishing gear and tackle.

Berry French Toast bake - Cinnamon French toast with blueberries topped with cream cheese icing, and served with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and parfait.

Croissant Egg Sandwich - Fried egg, bacon, tomato, cheddar, avocado and Arugula. Served with country potatoes, fresh fruit, parfaits, and banana muffins.

Bagel Bar - cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemons, jams, Nutella , avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sunny side up eggs and bacon. -Side fresh fruit and parfaits

Lunch:

Mediterranean Chicken Kabobs - Served with a fresh chickpea salad, roasted vegetables, saffron rice, hummus, tabouli salad, and Tzatziki sauce.

Steak Cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing - Deep green salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn, red onion, blue cheese and lemon zest. Served with fresh olive rosemary bread.

Pulled pork sliders with pineapple slaw - Served with pickles, chips and fresh watermelon.

Grilled Salmon Quinoa Salad with seasonal roasted vegetables, spinach, and feta cheese. Topped with a lemon dill honey mustard vinaigrette dressing.

Mediterranean Falafel Bowl - falafel, served with Tri colored quinoa, pickled red bell pepper, fresh salad, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives and a choice of fresh lemon tahini dressing or yogurt sauce. Served with a side of fresh pita bread.

Honey Chili Lime Mahi Mahi - Served white jasmine rice, broccoli and fresh mango salsa.

Dinner:

Herb Crusted Red Snapper with a Lime Margarita Sauce - served garlic mash potatoes and asparagus.

Spicy Tuna Poke Bowls - chunks of fresh yellow fin tuna, avocado, cucumber, purple cabbage,s haved

carrots, red bell pepper, mango, topped with spicy mayo, scallions, and cilantro. Served on a bed of steamed sushi rice and a side of miso soup.

Mexican Creamy Chipotle Enchiladas - chicken enchiladas with a Creamy Chipotle sauce, topped with Pickled red onion, feta cheese, cilantro, and fresh crema. Served with Spanish rice, black beans and street corn.

Green Goddess Chicken - seasoned grilled chicken thighs, served with cilantro lime white rice, black beans, deep green salad, and avocado lime dressing.

Baked Rosemary, Lemon, Garlic Sea Bass - Served with truffle mushroom pasta, deep green garden salad, and fresh garlic bread.

Sweet and Sticky Slow Roasted Korean Beef - sauteed vegetables, rice noodles, topped with cabbage, fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.

Dessert:

Mini key lime pie cheesecake with lime zest and whipped cream.

Brownie sundae with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Cinnamon sugar mini churros balls served with warm chocolate and caramel sauce.

Such a Rich Experience
I could go on and on, but I'll keep it brief. This was our fifth charter, and it was without question our very best!! The love and care you all exude along with your attention to detail and many talents provided such a rich experience! Thank you for your extreme kindness and care at every turn. Captain Tristan obviously has a vast knowledge of sailing and navigating the BVI. Ceilidh made an incredible variety of dishes and we loved that some family dishes were incorporated. Dom was so attentive to our needs throughout the day and has mastered a mean painkiller! The crew was so professional while still being very personable and easy to talk to. They all chipped in together when needed and made the entire trip unforgettable. If we are fortunate to go on another trip like this, we will be following this crew.
Epic Trip
Our family trip was epic! The crew went above and beyond to make our experience out of this world. Attention to detail was amazing and service was excellent. They did a fantastic job answering my 1,000 questions. Quickly we felt like family and appreciate all the little details. We loved our anchorage in all the remote locations which made for unforgettable views Our chef was 5 star and all dishes left us asking for recipes! Kids loved tubing while I really enjoyed sailing and snorkeling.
Where Do I Begin...
Since this was my first trip of this kind, I had no baseline experiences from which to draw from, just the tales from previous trips by our friends and the meandering of my own imagination. Sometimes the anticipation can lead to an inevitable let down when reality doesn't meet expectation, but I can say unequivocally that this trip surpassed ALL expectation. Not because the boat was amazing- though it was- and not just because of the water, the views, and the friends we came with were special, and memorable in their respective ways... but what made this trip so unforgettably special was the unceasing care, patience, kindness, and professionalism of this truly special crew of three. Tristan, Dom, and Ceilidh- you made this holiday truly unforgettable!!
Warm, Thoughtful, Personalized
Incredible boat and crew. The attention to detail was astounding and really touching-- from drink delivery on the beach, to delicately folded napkins (different each night!) The crew felt like family, with genuine care and concern for our comfort and well-being. Tristan gave me a personalized chess lesson, taught us about sailing, and took us to the most beautiful places. The itinerary was so thoughtfully planned and personalized, and was kept a secret until breakfast each day. Dom was incredibly attuned to our needs, suggesting drinks and always having an awareness and anticipation of our needs. Sweet Ceilidh made the most amazing, thoughtful dishes-- my favorite was the spicy jerk chicken. She even made our favorite dessert for our birthday boy (with candles!) This was the most warm and touching experience with a talented and exceptional crew. Five stars!!

Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense.


The rates include:

● Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef, and mate)
● Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability)
● Accommodation in 5 private air-conditioned double cabins with en suite bathroom
● Bedding, towels and beach towels
● Full board includes all meals served aboard (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily), full bar, and wine served nightly.
● Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel and water), mooring fees, customs and clearance fees.
● Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, stand-up paddleboard, 10x10 floating dock, wakeboard, sea dart, E-foil, floats, towable inflatables, fishing gear and tackle.

The rates do not include:

● Cancellation Insurance and private insurance

● Tip. It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15-20% of the total charter fee.
