PROFILE
More than 8 years of experience as professional skipper on sailing yachts and catamarans up
to 56 ft. Working for some of the best Croatian charter companies. I'm a friendly person with
an outgoing attitude toward the guests. Strongly focused on providing safe and enjoyable
experience, taking special care of each guest's preferences. Trained to calmly solve complex
problems on the boat. Accustomed to working in a team, adaptable, patient and responsible.
Also worked as a shipping agent, sailing instructor and carpenter.

YACHTING WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2023 - September 2024 Lagoon 50 Captain Morgan
● Skipper on a luxury 50 ft sailing catamaran managed by Nautika Centar Nava.
● Managing the boat single-handedly or in a team with a hostess.
● Accommodating up to 10 guests on a 5 cabin boat for 1 or 2 week duration.
● Organizing itinerary according to guest preferences, showing guests interesting bays
and towns, suggesting restaurants, organizing island tours, hiking and cycling tours,
wine tastings, water sport activities and diving excursions.
● Responsible for maneuvering tender, looking out for guest’s and boat’s safety,
maintaining the boat’s equipment and doing small repairs when needed.
● Washing and cleaning the deck, keeping exterior and interior clean and tidy.
● Basic maintenance of all boat systems (engine, generators, air condition,
watermaker).
September 2019 - June 2023 Nautika Centar Nava
● Skipper for Nautika Centar Nava on various Lagoon catamarans up to 52 ft.

● Sailing catamaran up to 52 ft (Lagoon, Bali).
● Sailing monohulls up to 56 ft (Hanse, Dufour, Bavaria Cruiser, Jeanneau Sun
Odyssey, Beneteau Oceanis, Beneteau First, Elan Impression, Cyclades).
● Mostly managing the boat single-handedly, responsible for all duties on the boat.

watermaker).
● Skipper in the Vishe Radugi Start Cup, a weeklong regatta with 10 sailboats
participating.
● Skipper in SailWeek Croatia flotilla. Making circle and tunnel rafts within 20-50
boats flotilla.
● Lead skipper in Extra Week flotilla. Organizing skippers, itinerary and events.
Finding appropriate berths and anchorages, making circle and tunnel rafts, taking
care of safety measures for sailboats flotilla.

● Participating in an international 2-man crew yacht delivery of catamaran Bali 4.5
from Canet-en-Roussillon (France) to Split (Croatia).

SAILING EXPERIENCE
Started learning sailing skills at the age of 9. Sailed competitively in Optimist class for Sailing
Club Zenta, and later in Laser 4.7 class for Sailing Club Split. Actively participating in sailboat
regattas in the Adriatic sea, including ORC Cup, Uskršnja, Mrdujska, Viška, Komiška and
Trogirska regatta.
