Captain George is a highly experienced and versatile yacht captain with a strong background in luxury charter operations across Greece. Born in 1989 and based in Athens, he is currently at the helm of M/Y MAMMA’S, where he oversees all aspects of charter planning, crew management, and vessel operations. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Preveza, George holds a Master 500GT license along with advanced STCW certifications, ECDIS, GMDSS, and Ship Security Officer qualifications. His career includes command roles on a wide range of motor yachts and experience as Chief Mate on a 128ft superyacht, as well as service in the Hellenic Navy. Fluent in Greek and English, he is known for his calm leadership, excellent boat-handling skills, and guest-focused approach. With extensive knowledge of Greek cruising grounds, Captain George excels at tailoring itineraries, managing onboard experiences, and ensuring safe, seamless, and memorable charters.

Chef: Giannis Skarlatos
Born in 1993, Chef Giannis Skarlatos brings a refined blend of luxury hospitality and yachting expertise to M/Y MAMMAS. A graduate of IEK LE MONDE in Culinary Arts, Giannis has built an impressive career both ashore and at sea. He has served as Head Chef aboard 52–67 ft catamarans, delivering high-end culinary experiences tailored to charter guests. Notably, he was awarded 1st place in the 2023 Emerald Category Chef Competition at the EMMYS. Giannis is known for his creativity, attention to detail, and ability to craft beautifully presented Mediterranean and international cuisine that elevates the onboard experience. His calm professionalism, consistency, and passion for gastronomy ensure that every meal aboard MAMMAS becomes a highlight of the journey.

Stewardess: Katerina Tsipa
Stewardess Katerina is a dedicated and service-oriented yacht stewardess with extensive experience across luxury motor yachts and catamarans in Greece. With a strong background in hospitality, housekeeping, and guest care, she is known for her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and warm, welcoming manner. Katerina has served as both Stewardess and Chief Stewardess on yachts up to 30 meters, where she excelled in maintaining immaculate interiors, coordinating guest services, and supporting smooth onboard operations. Her experience also includes menu preparation and onboard cooking, allowing her to adapt seamlessly to guests’ needs. Certified in STCW Basic Training, Medical First Aid, and maritime safety, and fluent in English and Greek, Katerina ensures a comfortable, relaxed, and well-organized environment, contributing greatly to an exceptional onboard experience.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits
