Elissavet Mytiliniou is a highly experienced yacht chef with over 17 years in luxury hospitality, having worked on private yachts as well as in five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants in Greece. A graduate of Le Monde Culinary School of Athens and a member of the Greek Academy of Executive Chefs, she brings exceptional creativity and professionalism to every galley. Elissavet specializes in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong passion for Greek and Cretan gastronomy, while also expertly preparing Japanese, French, Italian, and modern international dishes. Known for her versatility, organization, and ability to adapt menus to guests’ dietary preferences, she consistently delivers refined, fresh, and beautifully presented cuisine that enhances the onboard experience. Chief Stewardess – Irina Kniazeva-Spyropoulou

Irina is an experienced and dedicated Chief Stewardess with a strong background in luxury hospitality and charter yachting. She has completed four successful charter seasons, including three seasons as a solo Stewardess onboard M/Y Julie M, where she developed excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of guest service. Her previous experience in hotels, private households, event planning and customer service has given her a versatile approach to hospitality and the ability to handle demanding situations calmly and efficiently. Irina is hardworking, reliable and adaptable, with a positive team spirit, strong communication and problem-solving skills. A professionally trained pianist and singer, she also brings a warm and personable quality to the guest experience. She speaks Russian natively, with excellent Greek and very good English. In her free time, she enjoys opera, travelling, swimming and jogging.


Deckhand – Athanasios Kitsikopoulos

Thanasis is a dedicated and energetic deckhand currently serving onboard M/Y Menangio X, where he brings a strong combination of yachting experience, watersports expertise, and attentive guest service. With a positive attitude and calm professionalism, he contributes to the smooth daily operation of the yacht while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well looked after throughout their time onboard. He previously served onboard M/Y Miren, where he developed solid deck skills including exterior maintenance, tender assistance, mooring operations, and guest support. Prior to entering yachting, Thanasis built extensive experience in premium hospitality and watersports instruction at the Watersports Ski Club Vouliagmeni, based at Astir Vouliagmeni and the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, where he worked closely with international clientele in a high-standard service environment. A graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he specialised as both a waterski and snow ski instructor. He is highly skilled in waterskiing, wakeboarding, towable toys, stand-up paddleboarding, and canoeing, making him particularly valuable for active guest experiences onboard. Thanasis holds a speedboat licence, ski instructor licence, Seaman’s Book, Basic Safety Training certification, and First Aid certification. He speaks English and French, and is known for his team spirit, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Deckhand - George Apostolopoulos

George is a dedicated deckhand onboard M/Y Menangio X, bringing valuable yachting experience together with a strong background in hospitality, guest relations, and service management. Before joining Menangio X, he served onboard M/Y Feligo V, where he gained practical experience in daily deck operations, guest assistance, maintenance of exterior areas, and supporting the safe operation of the vessel. Prior to entering yachting, George built extensive experience across hospitality management, public relations, and customer service, holding senior roles in reception, restaurant operations, and team supervision, where he developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in demanding environments. In parallel, he works as a massage therapist, offering relaxing, athletic, and therapeutic treatments, adding an additional guest-focused skillset onboard.
