Firefly is a beautiful 28.6-metre gentleman’s yacht, launched in 2015.

With renowned Dutch pedigree from the Mulder shipyard and a shortlist for “Yacht Concept up to 40 metres” from the International Yacht & Aviation Awards under her belt, Firefly is the perfect yacht for discerning guests who are looking for both style and substance for their charter.

Just one of many brokers notes: “My client felt so comfortable on the boat that they extended their time on board. I think Firefly is a beautiful boat.” Her large volume, efficient cruising and classic style ensure maximum comfort, while her long waterline provides outstanding seakeeping capabilities.

The impressive saloon, dining room and bar area covers over 40 square meters. Floor to ceiling windows and clever mirrored window frames provide stunning views of the scenery and plenty of natural light.

The spacious aft deck is set up for al fresco dining, and is the perfect spot to watch the world go by. Aft, the swim platform lowers into the sea to act as a substantial swimming ladder or can be raised up to offer easy shore access, a great asset for less mobile guests.

Forward, Firefly has a more intimate dining area on the bow, with a removable sun awning, which is often used when stern to in marinas for guests who would like a little extra privacy. The extremely spacious 85m2 flybridge includes generous seating with tables and a feature bar incorporating a BBQ. The space is designed for relaxation and entertaining, providing plenty of shaded area for al fresco dining.

Four comfortable cabins on board accommodate up to eight guests. The full beam master suite benefits from lots of natural light from the large windows and contemporary design features. Boasting 24 square meters of floor space, the suite includes a study space, sitting area, ensuite bathroom with a bath and a walk-in closet. The VIP cabin boasts a large bed, desk and ensuite bathroom, while the two twin cabins can convert into doubles, making Firefly very flexible for any charterer size and requirements.

Water toys on board include a PWC, two Seabobs, two paddle boards, wakeboard, water skis, towables, fishing equipement and four bicycles (by request), ensuring even the most active guests are kept entertained.

Firefly has a professional crew of 4, ensuring the very best service and experience onboard.

Rates are Plus Expenses
Day Charters out of Malta
Day rate; 10.000€ + 18% VAT + 30% APA
Day charter hours; 10am - 6pm or 12 - 8pm

Ηigh season July/August 70.000 euro plus expenses
Low season June/September 65.000 euro plus expenses

Applicable VAT at the time of charter
APA 30-40% of the charter fee

VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer

Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.

The yachts featured on our website will specifically state which type of pricing they offer.
