Iratxe Notario (Deckhand)
Iratxe is from Huelva on the South Atlantic coast of Spain. She is graduated in art history and graphic design. Iratxe started working in private and charter yachts due to her love for the sea and the hospitality industry, which combine both. She is attentive at all times with a willing and helpful manner that is characteristic of the Basad crew members. She is always approachable and cheerful and aims to elevate the client experience. She enjoys being outdoors, being active, a good book, baking as well as exploring new places. Iratxe finds working with a great team, keeping busy and being out on the sea a very rewarding career.
Marta Loez (Chef)
Marta was born in Burgos, a cold place inland spain, but at early age movies with family to Castellon on the east coast of Spain. After school, she completed an undergraduate degree of psicology at the university of Valencia.Sincechildshewasalwaysincontactwithsea,She begantosail in boats, to feel the navigation and sometime diving. Afterwords she got all the titulations and certifications required to work and to drive boats. She ten years experience as a hostess and chef. Marta learned that to work in boats means you have to love people, to give the best of yourself . So, she and all the crew hope that you feel even better that if you were at your own home during your holidays.

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
