Chef/Stewardess: Ingrid Caballero
Nationality: Mexican
Languages: English, Spanish
Description:
Ingrid Caballero is a dedicated and talented stewardess/cook, renowned for her culinary excellence and service onboard. Ingrid has a robust educational foundation with degrees in Tourism Business Administration and Gastronomy.
Originally from the scenic coastal town of La Paz, B.C.S., Ingrid has always harbored a passion for culinary arts. Her creative spirit thrives in her hobbies, where she finds joy in singing and painting stunning watercolor landscapes.
Ingrid has worked onboard boats such as M/Y MRD, M/Y Gladiatore , M/Y Capella, and M/Y Cada Uno.
Currently serving as a stewardess/cook, Ingrid excels in crafting exquisite dishes, carefully considering dietary preferences and restrictions to ensure a delightful experience for every guest.
When not onboard NT4 Ingrid cherishes spending quality time with her family and indulging in her artistic passions, painting and singing. Her life's philosophy, embodied in her motto "Mi Son," reflects her positive and vibrant outlook.
We have visited the Exumas prior to this trip, and while Captain Irving took us to some of our favorite spots he also shared his local knowledge and introduced us to some new must see locations. He was very attentive to our needs and was very personable. Captain Irving did not ever hesitate to capture the special moments we were experiencing above or even under the water!
First Mate/Chef Ingrid is not only an incredibly talented chef, but also is very intentional about her service on all areas of the boat. From managing a beautifully prepared meal, she was also available to set the anchor and clean the state rooms. To top it off, she baked our son a birthday cake and decorated the boat to celebrate his birthday. The attention to detail that both Captain Irving and Ingrid have on their charters make you feel very special.
We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Captain Irving and Ingrid. Their hospitality and impeccable service made the trip even more special. We hope to charter again with them very soon!
Captain Irving went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and Chef Ingrid put so much effort into her delicious culinary creations. Being that we required a gluten free diet, our group was probably not as simple as some and they accommodated us incredibly well and effortlessly! Both Irving and Ingrid are very kind, happy people who were a joy to be around! The memories we made through our whole itinerary were amazing.
The crew with Chef Ingrid and Captain Irving was the best crew we ever had of our so far 11 charters
She is the greatest chef we ever had. Lovely and takes care of everything. Best food. The cabins, bathrooms are made so nice and fresh every day like in a 5+ star hotel. The whole boat is so clean and everything arranged.
Irving is so far the best captain we had on all our boats and tours with brining us to great spots, always watching for everyone to be safe in the strong currents, especially our 7 year old. He went diving with us and took great pictures with his underwater camera.
They are a perfect team, working nicely together hand in hand.
Absolutely nothing to complain except the fact that 7 days were too short. The weather was perfect, we were totally lucky. Not a bad day during the whole week.
Food was delicious and captain was great at keeping us entertained, snorkeling and both Irving & Ingrid always gave service with a smile a positive attitude. We absolutely loved the boat layout, very comfortable.
We made great memories and hopefully we can come back as repeat customers next year.
