Vito's former career encompassed roles as an electro-mechanical engineer and Development Manager, backed by a robust international experience. He holds 17 international patents! His enthusiasm for sailing began 24 years ago, during which time he has owned three yachts and earned his captain's license and a wide range of sailing and further mechanical experience. He is happy to share his knowledge and for guests to take the helm and try sailing should they wish to.
Vito's nautical adventures have taken him across the Mediterranean, Baltic Seas, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea, and across the Atlantic. He has a deep knowledge of the Caribbean Islands, in particular the USVI, The Leeward Islands and the Windward Islands and has operated many charters throughout these waters. His priority is ensuring in the first instance guests are safe and that they are able to have fun whilst experiencing the best most beautiful locations.
Outside of sailing, Vito loves to adventure and takes pleasure in flying gliders, scuba diving, and playing tennis. His knowledge of diving in particular has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge about marine life and the best snorkeling areas in all the areas he charters which he is eager to share with guests.
Chef Bea
Bea is an experienced sailor with more than two decades of expertise and a captain's qualification, although she excels as the host. She takes great pleasure in arranging charters and her attentive demeanor ensures guests are looked after with excellent service throughout their stay. As the manager and owner of a high-end spa salon in Atlanta, Georgia, she oversaw 37 employees and understands what is needed to present a crewed yacht and how to make a crewed charter experience exceptional.
In addition to her excellent cooking and hosting skills, Bea Specializes in reflexology and she eagerly shares her expertise while on board. Bea conducts morning yoga sessions for anyone who wishes to join and loves sharing her knowledge of hiking, snorkeling, diving, and culinary arts. Her passion for animals and nature is also profound.
Bea and Vito have been cruising and offering charters in the Caribbean for the past years and have already obtained a large number of repeat bookings; guests often become friends. They very much look forward to welcoming their new guests onboard, sharing laughs, exploring stunning locations and passing on their love and knowledge of cultures and places they visit.
Thank you for a wonderful experience! Brett and Lina
Thank you Vito and Bea for always welcoming me and my family/friends so warmly. Hope to see you again soon!
What a perfect week. We had so much fun and we felt so taken care of and spoiled. It was the perfect week!
The food was delicious, the company was fantastic and the sailing was *smooth*, and SARA was so comfortable.
Highlights: Scruffies, Turtles in Tobago Cays, Lobster dinner at Tim and Camilles, every meal prepared by Bea, Vitos playlist!
Thank you!! We had the BEST time!
Heather, Warren, Laura, Chris, Jow and Frances.
More importantly, the service from Bea and Vito was exceptional!!!
From the beginning, they ensured we were enjoying ourselves and they were always adaptable to changing plans. Vito is an experiences sailor and has a fascinating background which we much enjoyed. Bea added so much fun, spontaneity and enjoyment along with great cooking!
All the meals were fantastic! It was wonderful to see how well they worked together, complimenting and sharing each others skills. We will have many wonderful memories including specially ordered birthday cakes, freshly caught fish, dancing and lots of swimming. The scuba and snorkeling was amazing.
What made the trip so great was the incredible support and service from Bea and Vito. Whole many of the catamarans of similar size would be comparable, it would be hard to match the genuine authentic and friendly care that we received from them. They made our experience way beyond our highest expectations. Thank you.
Please let them know how much we appreciated them and I would highly recommend SARA (Vito and Bea) to anyone. Thank you also for your professional approach. Russell.
We enjoyed our trip in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Such beauty! What a wonderful time we all had. Good food, good company, good weather. SARA provided it all for us (well maybe not the weather :)). Amber and Jonathan
The magic of sail and yachting lies in the harmonious blend of freedom, nature and skill. Offering a profound escape from our daily life. However, this 'MAGIC' does not stop there. Without the magic of great hospitality and professionalism, this journey would not be possible without Bea and Vito. They say 'life is a process of relating' and their profound ability to understand and relate to our needs was next to nothing short of amazing and kept it magical for our entire experience. Chris and Athenie.
Bea and Vito made our time together so special. Their true caring and attention to detail for all of our needs was unbelievable. They made our time an unforgettable experience, with humour, stories, music and dancing, and expert sailing!
This trip was incredible and we could not have had more wonderful hosts! Until the next time! Rhies and Gail
Vito - the drinks were really good
Bea - your cooking is much better than the place we went on New Years Eve! The lemonade was delicious.
Thank you for everything!
We had an amazing time. Thank you for always being available, and for all your great suggestions and the wonderful history lessons!
Sailing is great but sailing with two people who love it as much as you two do makes it even better!
Beata, thank you for accomodating our dietary restrictions! We know how much more complicated it can be on a boat!
Thank you for everything. We had a blast!
Grenada was wonderful, the experience, the stories about nutmeg are amazing, one angry monkey was quite angry (haha).
You guys are the best hosts ever!
Captain Witold - very knowledgeable captain!
Beata is a wonderful chef and organizer
Thank you so much for everything.
You are amazing and I can't wait to return!
Thank you
The boat Sara, was perfectly adequate for what we wanted, comfortable and everything worked well. The “toys” as Withol calls them were of good quality and we made lots of use of them. Withol and Bea are excellent hosts. The perfect mix of being friendly but also allowing us enough room to have our personal space.
Bea’s cooking is very good especially given the constraints of food supplies after the hurricane.
It was interesting to be on a boat which serves as the home of the crew. Hearing their stories about their travels was also interesting. All in all, a truly fantastic holiday. We would highly recommend chartering with Sara.
Our second time sailing with you and we will come back for sure. Sara, Beata's cooking, the captain, safe sailing... A special trip for snorkelling, hiking and you for all your hospitality... for making us feel like at home.
SARA is a beaut!
So much love and happy sailing !
Thank you for a fantastic week. We'll treasure these memories for years to come.
You all have been just like family on this trip - we will definitely see you again, and want to write you to visit us in Sitges, Barcelona and Soho as soon as possible please!!
Had a great time and enjoyed every second.

I visited the US Virgin Island, Saint Thomas and Saint John for the first time in 2021. The 7 day trip on the Catamaran Sara was amazing and it felt more than an escape frmo the daily responsibilities. The scenary changes every day, pampered by Beata's care and delicious food was above my expectations.
I felt very safe in Vito and Beata's catamaran.
Their expertise and knowledge of the navigation and the sail boat is excellent.
I enjoyed swimming with turtles, visiting the UNESCO protected underwater park near the Saint John's Island, taking a trip to visit a historical place of 500 - 1500AC pre columbian Taino people with petroglyphs near the waterfall.
The sunsets were amazing, so was the night sky with the millions of brightest stars.
I plan to return.

When I travel, I hate feeling like a tourist. Witek served as a guide and allowed us to explore Grenada and Carriacou and feel like locals. Every day we ate lovely fresh produce, and got to see new sights. There was so much to do – we even got to kayak and stand up paddle. I loved relaxing on the catamaran – getting to watch sunsets from the top of the boat, or lounge in the hammock and nap in the midday. Getting to watch movies projected onto a big screen was awesome. But the very best day was when we got to snorkel with sea turtles! Incredible memories were made. Vacations on land will seem very boring to me now!
Mrs K
I still miss Bea's delicious cooking.
