Andre attended the Presentation Boys College in Grenada and graduated with degrees in Geography, English, History and English Literature.
As a young teen he became a member of the local yacht club and took up sailing Mirror Dinghies and Lasers. He was also a keen spear fisher. In his early twenties he worked for 5 years as a PADI Divemaster working with local dive shops taking tourists on recreational dives. Andre went on to qualify as a PADI Medic First Aid as well as a PADI Rescue Diver.
After working as a Divemaster, he moved away to live in St. Maarten where he started working on day charter catamarans which eventually led Andre to obtaining a sailing endorsement Yacht Master license to work on private yachts and eventually running boats as skipper, launching his career into charter yachts. During his career he often participated in various sailing regattas, including the Newport Bucket Race & the Heineken Regatta in St Maarten
Andre has been a professional sailor for over 25 years, having logged more than 40,000 nautical miles of bluewater sailing, working on several well-known charter yachts, covering the Caribbean Islands, East Coast of America, and many places in Europe. He has a great respect and conscientiousness of the ocean, so safety and security of the yacht and crew/guests are always a top priority under his command. He takes great pride in his work as a Charter Yacht Captain and constantly strives to exceed the expectations of the Charter Guests.
Andre is a family man and enjoys spending quality time with his wife (they worked together on charter yachts) and their son and daughter. In his spare time he loves to cook, play tennis, go for hikes as well as bike rides in the country, snorkeling and scuba diving to experience the beauty and colors of the world of nature under the sea.
Andre’s friends describe him as honest, straight forward, and considerate. His own motto in life is to be respectful and kind.

CHEF Romic Isaac
Romic Calvin Isaac was born on August 14, 1999, on one of the most beautiful gems of the Caribbean region, Grenada. He was born into a Christian home and a nuclear family, being the last of four, so at a young age Discipline, Respect and Responsibility was the foundation of up bringing, among other things. He attended the local Community College on the Island, studying Culinary Art. He was then given the opportunity through hard work and perseverance to further his studies in the culinary industry in Canada, at the Nova Scotia Community College.
At the age of 19 he left his country, family, and friends, to pursue his dream of becoming a professional international chef. This opened many new opportunities including world travel to place such as Switzerland in Europe, and to Tanzania in Africa, which was an amazing experience for Romic.
His experience traveling to Tanzania will always remain special and life changing for him, as he met so many different individuals who have their own unique culture, traditions, and language based on their tribes. Their way of life, which evolved over time due to the advancements of technology, truly amazed him. Their culture and lifestyle have changed, but their traditions remain rooted in their souls and mind.
Chef Romic is ambitious, focused, disciplined, and a kindhearted young man, and he is always happy to share his travel experiences with you.
