With a configuration optimized for charters, Swan offers accommodation in 4 queen size cabins and 4 en-suite heads to comfortably welcome up to 8 guests. Featuring full A/C in all cabins and the saloon area and dual 110v/220v sockets, Swan carries the latest safety and comfort equipment. The saloon area features a large table and sitting area for indoor entertainment as well as a fully equipped kitchen with several fridges and freezers. Lagoon innovative design offers great use of the space to cater for large groups. Guests can choose to relax in the spacious cockpit, on the large sunbeds of the flyover deck, or on the seating areas at the bow. Every inch of the boat is designed with the guests’ comfort in mind.

The midship cabins are for the crew with their own bathroom.

With over 60,000 nautical miles logged, including two Atlantic and two Indian Ocean crossings, Stephen is a highly experienced ocean sailor holding a USCG 200-Ton Master license, yachtmaster Ocean certification, and PADI Divemaster qualification. Alongside him, Amber King delivers warm, attentive hospitality that elevates life on board. With years of charter experience across the Caribbean, Amber brings creativity and care to every detail — from fresh, flavourful meals inspired by global cuisines to beautifully presented tables and thoughtful guest touches. Her ability to anticipate needs allows guests to truly unwind, while her experience as a snorkel guide and deckhand ensures smooth, safe days on the water. He is widely respected for transforming private yachts into successful charter programs — overseeing compliance, maintenance, crew recruitment, budgeting, and broker relations with integrity and autonomy.

With over five years of experience on both private and charter yachts throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas, Amber has worked as a solo stewardess, stew/cook, and second stew on vessels up to 124’. Her background includes one-week term charters, luxury day charters, and high-end private service, where attention to detail and adaptability are essential.

Inspired by the flavors and cultures she has discovered while traveling, Amber enjoys creating fresh, inviting meals and beautifully presented tables, whether it’s a casual beach lunch or an elegant dinner under the stars. She is equally comfortable crafting a signature cocktail, organizing provisioning, or ensuring every cabin detail is perfect.

A confident snorkel guide and capable deckhand, Amber also assists with anchoring, lines, fenders, and watch-keeping, offering a true all-round presence onboard. Known for her calm demeanour, anticipation of guest needs, and positive attitude, she brings a seamless balance of professionalism and warmth to every charter.

The Swan Charter with Captain Andre and Georgina was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our catamaran was comfortable & spacious, and our party of 6 was able to experience St Vincent and the Grenadines (Mustique, Canouan, Union Island, Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Bequia) through the knowledge and guidance of Captain Andre. All of this while enjoying fabulous gourmet meals from Gigi with a taste of the Caribbean. We look forward to future voyages with The Swan and her crew!

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%

22-29 June - the Grenadines
The Swan Charter with Captain Andre and Georgina was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our catamaran was comfortable & spacious, and our party of 6 was able to experience St Vincent and the Grenadines (Mustique, Canouan, Union Island, Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Bequia) through the knowledge and guidance of Captain Andre. All of this while enjoying fabulous gourmet meals from Gigi with a taste of the Caribbean. We look forward to future voyages with The Swan and her crew!

Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:

  • Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
  • Light daily housekeeping
  • Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
  • Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
  • Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
  • Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
  • Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
  • Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
  • Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages

What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
  • Premium wines and spirits

Xmas and New Year rates 1-8 pax are $31,050 all-inclusive and $23,000 plus expenses

ONE-WAY RELOCATION FEE - or vice versa for the return trip

- Grenada to St Lucia or Martinique USD 1500

Minimum 48-72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit.

For 5 nights or less, divide the weekly rate by 6 nights X the number of nights.
