Since 2014, his achievements in prestigious restaurants across Mykonos, Athens, and Sifnos reflect his adaptability and inventive approach to diverse culinary environments. Omar excels under pressure, skillfully creating culinary masterpieces while maintaining excellent communication with the crew. Fluent in both Greek and English, his language abilities ensure smooth teamwork and contribute to dishes that harmoniously blend taste and cultural richness.

Deckhand/Steward: Ioannis Thomadakis
Ioannis Thomadakis has been a dedicated deckhand since 2018, bringing a distinctive combination of skills and expertise to the maritime industry. Holding both sailing and power boat licenses, he also gained invaluable experience in international boat deliveries between 2018 and 2021. Beyond his nautical credentials, Ioannis is equipped with an Open Water Diving Certificate and a PhD in Linguistics, showcasing his multifaceted talents. Ioannis is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the vessel and its equipment. He oversees all nautical operations, including sailing, navigation, mooring, and maintenance. Known for his ability to understand and meet clients' needs, Ioannis consistently delivers personalized and memorable charter experiences. His enthusiasm for the sea, cultural awareness, and dedication to exceptional service have earned him a loyal network of repeat clients. High Season (July & August): 24,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Mid-Season (June & September): 22,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Low Season (Rest months): 18,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses
Extras: V.A.T 12% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 20% or 30% for 12 pax of the charter fee not included in the rates.
Charters for less than a week are only available upon request and the weekly rate is divided by 6.
If the yacht is chartered from a location other than the home port, the charter is subject to a relocation fee.
Relocation Fees:
Catamarans 52ft and up: Cyclades (1,000 EUR) *
* Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day.
Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.
Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.
Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
