The Bali 5.4 is a “Multihull of the Year” award-winning catamaran. The design was new to the market in 2019 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. It is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space and it succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium. Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the “Bali garage door” that is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease. With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht. The Bali open space design is further complemented by the superior outfit and aftermarket items available on Hydrotherapy. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art. And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water. Hydrotherapy will accommodate 8 charter guests in 3 spacious queen cabins and 1 sprawling master cabin for those who desire more space. She is a brand new 2023 sailing catamaran with full teak spanning the entire the yacht, wine fridge, solar panels, air conditioning, water maker, ice maker, full sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean made ecofriendly and reef safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, wake surfboard, 2 stand up paddle boards, 10 ft. floating dock, pool noodles, fishing gear, games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Hydrotherapy giveaways.

4 queen berth guest cabins each with a private en-suite electric head, stall shower and sink/vanity. All cabins with exception of starboard aft cabin are dry heads.
All cabins have individually contract air-conditioning for each cabins comfort.

Captain Gessé Marega, originally from the maritime-rich coast of southern Brazil, holds dual Italian and Brazilian citizenship. With over eight years of experience in the Atlantic, Caribbean, and Mediterranean seas, he is a skilled and passionate captain and certified dive instructor. His deep knowledge of yacht management, operations, and maintenance ensures that every journey is seamless and enjoyable for guests.

Gessé’s commitment to service and hospitality, honed through years in the industry, guarantees the delivery of exceptional experiences on board. His multicultural background enhances the experiences of those he serves.

Beyond his professional achievements, Gessé’s passion for the sea extends into his hobbies as an avid photographer and drone operator, capturing the beauty of the ocean from above and below.


Chef

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Mila’s deep connection with the sea began early in life. Her passion for nature and culture led her to a diverse career path, eventually discovering a love for the yacht industry over a decade ago in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Originally a Veterinarian, Mila also pursued studies in journalism and cinema. Her career has been marked by transformative projects, including caring for wildlife in Bolivia, working on environmental documentaries, and founding a sustainability-focused company.

In 2021 and 2022, driven by a love for working as crew on various vessels, Mila honed her culinary skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney and took vegan cooking classes at Agridoce School in Rio de Janeiro.

Her warm, adaptable nature and innovative approach have made Mila a perfect fit for the yacht industry, now leading to her fourth season in the Caribbean. She continues to delight guests with her unique style, inspired by experiencing the cuisines and the seas across South America, USA, Europe, Australia, Panama, and the Caribbean.

Four Seasons level of quality and service I’ll soon be writing a complete review but with zero hesitation I’d recommend Mila. We stayed at Scrub Island in a gorgeous villa with the other couple and then literally walked onto our charter from the Villa. We’re fortunate to experience global travel at a Ten Dot, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons level of quality and service and we can say with zero hesitation this was the best trip we’ve ever done. This particular Catamaran combined with Captain Hugo and Five Star First Mate Mila is the finest BVI has to offer. -John Adams

We just had the most wonderful week in the BVIs. Mila was an outstanding chef, anyone who eats Mila's delicious recipes is going to want to steal them. We had such an amazing time with her and she and the captain definitely took us to all the best spots. The week was a great balance between fun activities and relaxing - we cannot wait to come back on another tropical destination with Mila as our chef!

Wow, What an amazing week we had with Shahar and Kirill on the beautiful Hydrotherapy!! Every moment was amazing! From snorkeling to paddle boarding, hikes, jumping off the boat, swimming, visiting different islands, tubing all of it was incredible. The food was phenomenal some of the best food we have ever had!! Shahar is an amazing chef!! Kirill is an amazing Captain!! Being with the two of you and our family for a week was so much fun and truly an experience we will never forget! Thank you for making every moment so special!! What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:

  • Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
  • Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
  • Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions

SLEEP ABOARD: Available for $300 per cabin, with a 3 cabin minimum.
Sleep aboard the night before charter dates. Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and canapes plus a light breakfast the next morning. Dinner is to be taken ashore at client expense.

LOCAL FARE: Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense. Discount of $75 per person.

Mila, thank you for the delicious food (mentioning our favorites: mahi, mahi, spicy noodles, hamburgers, sausage with couscous and BBQ pork) also for being so cozy, welcoming and nice with all of us. Four Seasons level of quality and service I’ll soon be writing a complete review but with zero hesitation I’d recommend Mila. We stayed at Scrub Island in a gorgeous villa with the other couple and then literally walked onto our charter from the Villa. We’re fortunate to experience global travel at a Ten Dot, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons level of quality and service and we can say with zero hesitation this was the best trip we’ve ever done. This particular Catamaran combined with Captain Hugo and Five Star First Mate Mila is the finest BVI has to offer. -John Adams

What can the Kanzler's say but wow!! Thank you so much for giving our family one of the most memorable, adventurous and fun-filled weeks together. Mila, thank you for the 10 pounds we will need to work off when we get home - everything was so delicious and worth every bite!! Our 1st trip to the BVIs was a huge success and ya'll were a BIG part of it!

We just had the most wonderful week in the BVIs. Mila was an outstanding chef, anyone who eats Mila's delicious recipes is going to want to steal them. We had such an amazing time with her and she and the captain definitely took us to all the best spots. The week was a great balance between fun activities and relaxing - we cannot wait to come back on another tropical destination with Mila as our chef!

Wow, What an amazing week we had with Shahar and Kirill on the beautiful Hydrotherapy!! Every moment was amazing! From snorkeling to paddle boarding, hikes, jumping off the boat, swimming, visiting different islands, tubing all of it was incredible. The food was phenomenal some of the best food we have ever had!! Shahar is an amazing chef!! Kirill is an amazing Captain!! Being with the two of you and our family for a week was so much fun and truly an experience we will never forget! Thank you for making every moment so special!! The sunsets our favorites we have ever seen!! Gresham's Birthday was extra special thank you for that! These were such amazing moments! The boat is incredible and beautiful and Shahar and Kirill keep it tidy and clean. Such a fun New Years together too! Thank you and we look forward for more adventures to come together! Kiril was perfect. He’s an excellent skipper and kept us safe. He’s also very polite and kind. Shahar was an incredible cook. Every meal was special and made with love. She’s also very kind and polite and made us feel like family. The yacht was state of the art and immaculate. We stopped at every location on my list. Kirill and Shahar are a really good balance for a work on a yacht. They can be very fun but at the same time stay very professional and make you feel comfortable at any time if it's sailing, cooking meals, having fun on the water, doing watersports and more. Their passion for being on water is strongly noticeable.
