CAPTAIN ANTE RNJAK
Captain Ante was born and raised in Split. Growing up in vicinity of the sea, he was always engaged with water and sea, both in sports, having competed in swimming for 15 years, and in sailing.
For the last 20 years he has worked as a skipper, in various regattas and also as on many charter tours in Adriatic. His long career onboard has resulted in great experience and vast knowledge of the coats, islands, beautiful beaches and coves and also historical sights and gastronomic scene.
Captains Ante favourite place on the Croatian coast is island Korčula and surrounding sea area, because of its perfect combination of beautiful nature, rich history and great restaurants.
Besides his skipper career, Ante has experience working as a sailing instructor.
With his calm attitude, responsible and hardworking approach, captain Ante will always make sure the guests onboard Sunreef 60 DESSUS have an unforgettable charter experience.

CHEF NIKOLA BILANDŽIJA
Nikola is a cooking enthusiast, truly in love with food and cooking, and therefore with his work.
For himself, he would say that he is self-taught, although educated cook, which means hours and hours of studying from professional literature and cookbooks, and then practice through trial and error in the kitchen.
Nikola also incorporated rich experience in some of the best Croatian restaurants on that path; using the opportunity to lead his own team as a Head and Executive chef to expand and perfect his skills and knowledge.
He grew as a cook and chef, and held creative cooking workshops, did a lot of fine dining dinners with wine pairings from acclaimed Croatian winemakers, participated in a popular TV show, and all that was accompanied by Croatian web portals and newspapers in which he appeared.
Currently, after several years of acquiring skills and knowledge in cooking, Nikola embarked on a new experience and adventure by cooking on charter sailboats and catamarans, thus providing satisfaction and pleasure to guests,
through the experience of food, sailing around the beautiful destinations of the Adriatic Sea and islands.
Nikola's most favourite place on Adriatic Coast is the island of Vis, because of its crystal clear sea, countless beautiful hidden bays, but also because of the well-known casualness of the locals and their relaxed way of life.
His favorite dish to prepare on board is the one he improvises, when the guests indulge in Nikola's imagination, then mutual enjoyment of his cooking arises.

HOSTESS NIKOLIJA BARETIĆ
Nikolija has a degree in Fashion design studies and Painting studies, which she completed in Zagreb, and she uses her artistic background in her work as a hostess, always striving to create and offer unique experience for her guests.
Upon finishing her studies, she worked in the fashion and designer industry, creating fashion collections, marketing campaigns and contents. Soon after, she decided to further expand her knowledge in culinary fields, since that was always a passion of hers.
Having attended many cooking classes, she gained experience and worked as a freelance hostess on various boats in charter.
Nikolija then became a standing hostess on luxury vessels and motor yachts and was in charge of equipping boats, food provisioning, maintaining boat tidiness and ensuring guests satisfaction.
With positive attitude, attention to detail and good organisation skills, she easily takes on all tasks responsibly and is eager to learn new things.
Her excellent communication skills with teamwork and friendly attitude make her a great part of crew onboard Sunreef 60 DESSUS.

Med Term pricing is cost (cost of the boat) + VAT (country tax) + APA (operating and provisioning expenses). The cost is the weekly rate for the charter. The VAT and APA are calculated on the cost of the boat and paid in addition to that base price. The APA covers: fuel, water, food, licenses, alcohol, and any specific items you would like provided to you. APA money that is not used for provisioning would be reimbursed to you- or, if you spend over the amount, they would charge you. The Captain keeps track of expenses and would let you know if you’re reaching your APA limit. This is the industry standard for the region.

Caribbean Terms or Caribbean Inclusions refer to all-inclusive rates. These boats are typically catamarans and monohulls and are found in the Caribbean.

Most (but not all) motor-yachts and sailing vessels in the Med are Med Rate terms.
