Dear Captain Dick and Chef/First Mate Kim,First things first: I wanna thank you both with all my heart—or as we say back home, from the bottom of my Talladega-loving heart—for the most unbelievable two weeks out on the shimmering seas of Antigua. If cruising were a NASCAR race, y’all just took the checkered flag and did a victory lap in a golden speedboat.
Captain Dick, you steered us through those waters like I handle my Chevy on a racetrack—smooth, fast, and making it look easy. Every turn of the boat was like hitting the perfect drift. And Kim, lord have mercy, your cooking had more flair than a pit road on race day. I swear, those meals could win championships. They fueled us up better than my crew chief does before the final laps.
Between the sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us, the laughter we shared, and the peace of being out there with nothing but the blue around us, I felt like I was in one of those fancy TV commercials. Except it was real life, and y’all were the stars of the show.
So, from the depths of my racing soul, thank you for every moment, every meal, and every memory. We might not have been going 200 mph, but I’d say we were flying all the same. Let’s do it again sometime—shake and bake!

What an amazing experience this has been. You both went above and beyond to make this charter so memorable. Captain Dick made us feel so safe with his boat skills, and we enjoyed the chance to go diving. We loved the itinerary and knowledge of each anchorage we visited. Chef Kim was the perfect chef and hostess. She anticipated our needs and made it happen. Her food was top notch from filet mignon, seared tuna, tiramisu, and a chocolate mousse to die for. I would recommend Kim and Dick as crew to anyone looking for a fabulous time in the Caribbean.

We had a wonderful trip on the Deep Blue with Captain Dick and his wonderful wife Kim. The 58 foot Leopard Catamaran is fantastic, Captain Dick is outstanding at the helm and his wife Kim made fantastic food and beverage. They are simply wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to return. Their non stop efforts insured that a great time was had by everyone. Great Sailboat, perfect location, superb food and even better people. We cannot wait to sail with them again!

Dear Captain Dick and Chef/First Mate Kim,First things first: I wanna thank you both with all my heart—or as we say back home, from the bottom of my Talladega-loving heart—for the most unbelievable two weeks out on the shimmering seas of Antigua. If cruising were a NASCAR race, y’all just took the checkered flag and did a victory lap in a golden speedboat.
Captain Dick, you steered us through those waters like I handle my Chevy on a racetrack—smooth, fast, and making it look easy. Every turn of the boat was like hitting the perfect drift. And Kim, lord have mercy, your cooking had more flair than a pit road on race day. I swear, those meals could win championships. They fueled us up better than my crew chief does before the final laps.
Between the sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us, the laughter we shared, and the peace of being out there with nothing but the blue around us, I felt like I was in one of those fancy TV commercials. Except it was real life, and y’all were the stars of the show.
So, from the depths of my racing soul, thank you for every moment, every meal, and every memory. We might not have been going 200 mph, but I’d say we were flying all the same. Let’s do it again sometime—shake and bake!

We have been to the islands, but never really to the islands, until now. Spending a Friday to Friday with the most amazing co-crew was the most memorable sailing trip we’ve ever had. Their dedication to us as guests was unmatched, and will be forever cherished. Never a dull moment, and out of this world cuisine made our trip first class.

What an amazing experience this has been. You both went above and beyond to make this charter so memorable. Captain Dick made us feel so safe with his boat skills, and we enjoyed the chance to go diving. We loved the itinerary and knowledge of each anchorage we visited. Chef Kim was the perfect chef and hostess. She anticipated our needs and made it happen. Her food was top notch from filet mignon, seared tuna, tiramisu, and a chocolate mousse to die for. I would recommend Kim and Dick as crew to anyone looking for a fabulous time in the Caribbean.

We had a wonderful trip on the Deep Blue with Captain Dick and his wonderful wife Kim. The 58 foot Leopard Catamaran is fantastic, Captain Dick is outstanding at the helm and his wife Kim made fantastic food and beverage. They are simply wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to return. Their non stop efforts insured that a great time was had by everyone. Great Sailboat, perfect location, superb food and even better people. We cannot wait to sail with them again!

What is included in a All Inclusive Charter? What Is NOT Included?
Unless otherwise specified-Caribbean Standard All-Inclusive Charters include the following:
- Standard check-in/check-out of 12pm
- Light daily housekeeping
- Breakfast, lunch, canapés/afternoon tea, dinner and snacks
- Standard ship’s bar: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, triple sec, mixers, local beers, table wine and water/coffee/tea and soft drinks
- Stereo with MP3/iPhone connection with indoor/outdoor speakers; 3G/4G Wi-Fi access point
- Snorkeling equipment, fishing gear, kayaks, dingy tender with outboard motors
- Water toys such as floating islands, and air mattresses
- Separate bathroom and living quarters for crew
- Reputable and licensed crew who have local knowledge of waters and are able to adjust menus based on guest’s preferences and dietary restrictions
- Operating expenses including: use of air conditioning, fuel, water, sailing permits/taxes, local taxes and crew wages
What Is Not Included in Standard All-Inclusive Charters:
- Gratuity for crew. Gratuity is at guest discretion and is typically between 15-20%
- Meals and beverages at restaurants and bars
- Rendezvous diving, ASA sailing certification courses and any other offshore excursions
- Premium wines and spirits
