Harry and Kristen,
Our trip was absolutely perfect. Each place was more beautiful than the last. The two of you made a bucket list into life long memories. Everything from the itinerary of our travels to the food and drinks each night was nothing short of perfection. It felt like we had beach and every part of the islands all to ourselves which is exactly what we wanted. Bryan is so excited to bring his new Australian vocabulary back to South Carolina. We cannot wait to try to recreate some of the dishes Kristen made for us at home.
Thank you for making this experience feel like a voyage with friends. We can't wait to come back some day.
Thank you for your amazing hospitality, shared wonders of the BVI, amazing food and memories to last a lifetime.

Thank you for the amazing food that was prepared everyday. Thank you for providing healthy food options for Mads. Thank you pivoting every single day for Jake's interviews. Henry and Kristen,
Thank you for an amazing week! We loved going off the beaten path and finding all the great snorkeling and diving locations! Your hospitality was beyond compare. The food was absolutely amazing! Thank you for all the dives and letting me go on my very first resort dive! The food this week was all so delicious. Cooking for myself will never be the same again!
Thank you guys for the hospitality and putting up with us for this long. The dives were some of my new favorites!! Thanks for all the pina coladas. The icing on the cake was getting our very own map of the trip! If your adventures ever bring you to Georgia, please look us up!
This was the most unbelievable trip. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Both of you were exceptional with your attention to detail, with your knowledge of navigation throughout the islands, and hospitality. The food was Michelin star quality. We tried foods we had never tasted. Absolutely Amazing! Your teamwork was flawless and having you both made our trip unforgettable! Thank you for your care and hospitality! With much love and gratitude.
Kristen and Harry,
Thank you for such an unforgettable charter. Your attention to detail and flawless execution made everything feel effortless and special!
From incredible meals to top tier private dive excursions, we felt truly spoiled on and off the boat. Your brilliant nature show through in every creative/diverse dish! Harry, you were the most patient, well organized captain our crew could ever dream up. We are especially grateful for the two of you and your unwavering kindness, warmth, and levity- your company made the experience all the more meaningful.
Breathtaking scenery, scrumptious bites, private dives, hidden coves, white beaches, soggy $$$, stargazing, tarpon fishing, wildlife spotting and endless laughter. Truly a trip of a lifetime. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven down here. This week has felt like a dream. Will be talking about this trip for years to come!
What a wonderful week of fellowship and laughter. We had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised with your impeccable attention to detail. Your ability to "read" the room and adjust accordingly is second to none. Harry, thank you for two amazing dives and putting up with a million questions about the boat. Kristen, the food preparation and presentation is like nothing we have experienced.
We just returned from the most splendid one-week sailing holiday in the British Virgin Islands, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped aboard, Captain James and our incredible cook, Phoebe, made us feel completely at home.
Captain James was calm, knowledgeable, and always attentive, choosing perfect anchorages and giving us the confidence to fully relax and enjoy the journey. Whether we were sailing between islands, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or watching unforgettable sunsets from the deck, every day felt perfectly planned yet wonderfully effortless.
Phoebe’s cuisine was truly exceptional and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. She presented exquisite dishes that felt both refined and comforting worthy of a fine restaurant. Every plate was thoughtfully presented, perfectly seasoned, and tailored to our tastes. She even accommodated everyone’s preferences effortlessly, making each of us feel personally cared for.
Traveling with my wife, our three children, and their spouses made this holiday especially meaningful. Thanks to James and Phoebe’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, we were able to simply enjoy each other and create lifelong memories. It was truly a magnificent family adventure.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a more meaningful week sailing through the British Virgin Islands. Celebrating my grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary on this tandem trip was already special, but James and Phee elevated the experience beyond anything our family could have imagined.
Phee was the absolute loveliest—gracious, elegant, and endlessly hospitable. Every meal she prepared was a work of art: vibrant, colorful, and full of flavor. My favorite meal of the entire trip was her poke bowl—fresh, bright, and absolutely delicious. And her desserts were unforgettable. The rocky road bars and macadamia nut cookies were some of the best cookies I’ve ever had—moist, memorable, and the kind of treats you’d expect to find in a fancy New York bakery. Her warmth and care were felt in every detail, from the beautiful table settings to the way she quietly refreshed our cabins each day.
James was an exceptional captain—calm, capable, and always attentive. He kept the trip running smoothly from start to finish, and his cocktails quickly became an afternoon highlight. His skill on the water was matched only by his talent behind the bar.
Some of my favorite moments came from the places we visited. Our day in Little Harbor was a standout—snorkeling among sea turtles, stingrays, and jellyfish felt magical. I also loved walking along the soft, open beaches of Anegada with my mom and sister, soaking in the quiet beauty of the island together.
We were able to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday during the trip, which made the week even more meaningful. My dad has been bravely fighting a rare cancer called cholangiocarcinoma since last September. After undergoing surgery in December, he is currently showing no evidence of disease—something we are endlessly grateful for—and he will continue regular checkups over the next five years. In so many ways, he is a living miracle. My mom made a beautiful, heartfelt speech to the family that evening, and it was one of the most special moments of the entire trip.
Together, James and Phee created an atmosphere that was both elevated and wonderfully relaxed. The boat truly became a home on the water. We loved the thoughtful touches: the candlelit tables each evening, the personalized Yetis that kept our drinks cool all week, and the fresh towels delivered halfway through the trip that made us feel so cared for. Phee’s quiet gestures—like slipping in to make our beds and tidy our bathrooms—were small acts that made a big difference.
What stood out most was their perfect balance of professionalism and genuine warmth. They joined our conversations with ease and laughter, yet always gave our family the space to connect, reflect, and celebrate together.
James and Phee didn’t just host our trip—they made it unforgettable, in every way that matters. And I hope they know that they now have homes in Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Oklahoma, and Colorado. They will always have a place with us.
We had such an amazing time in the BVI's on the 54' Bali Catamaran with Captain James Cotter and Chef Phee!
I had sailed on the Oceana with my family of 5 in late july and had to go back again with friends!
The attention to detail to customize our week to meet our needs was off the charters fabulous! Sailing, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, sea scootering, paddle boarding, dining, fabulous drinks, great wines, cab ride with Sweet Willie T, Coco Maya dancing, lobsters in Anegada, hiking, The Baths, beautiful sunsets.....
Everyone had the best time and agrees it's the only way to vacation!! Can't wait to do it again!
